They followed up in a week to make sure we were enjoying the account and asked if we had any questions. They have have the option for drive up! I can't express how much that helps when you have kids in the wintertime! They have a nice area to fill out checks, wait to talk to a consultant or bank teller or just enjoy a refreshment. They have tea, coffee, water, small candies, and cookies. We are very happy with the service and the location. Parking is always great and the parking lot looks very clean. I had the privilege of having Danielle Gaston set up the paperwork for my new account. She was kind and courteous and even allowed me to joke and banter with her. Scott Hammersley, their business/commercial lending specialist, came out and introduced himself and spent time learning about our new business coming to the Westfield area. Later when I was having trouble getting online banking and the mobile app setup, one of the bank's team took my call, walked me through it, and stayed on the phone with me till setup was confirmed. I never felt rushed or hurried, there was a calm, steady tone and constant reminders that I was their priority and they wanted me to be set up and able to use all the resources the bank had for me. I'm grateful for my time at CFBI, and I'm very impressed with the service and resources they have available. I love their approachable and dedicated commitment to our local community.

After about a year I realized they were not applying the extra payments to my principal but pushing out my payment due date, I contacted them and asked them to please start applying any extra funds to the principal and they said they would do this. I stupidly trusted they would do what they said. I, ignorantly, did not log on to my account again for some time and since they refuse to send you paper information but have no problem mailing you paper spam junk I hadn't actually dug into my account in over a year. I logged on yesterday only to see that I didn't have a payment due until 2027, so I called and asked them why they still weren't applying the extra payments to the principal and I was informed they won't do that, I have to make a full payment plus additional funds and indicate that those additional funds above my full payment are to go towards the principal. Basically, so they can gouge you for every penny of interest possible. If you are financing anything and the place you are buying it from tells you they got you approved with Everwise go elsewhere their customer service is full of people who can't give you answers or give you false information and they have no idea what they are doing and they will tell you whatever you want to hear to shut you up at that moment.

They merged with the Chase that was just a bit further north on the east side of 135, which makes it great for the commute home but not so much going into downtown. I will say though, this is quite possibly the slowest ATM I've ever had to deal with on a regular basis. I don't know why it has so much trouble, but it doesn't seem to be getting any better.

There is not much parking maybe only 6 spaces and those fill quickly. The building is new and lovely. They have a conference room that can be used for small meeting by customers. They also have space for a game of chess or working at a table. I have never used these spaces but been tempted. The interior is lovely and today was decorated for the holidays. You sit at the teller window which I do not like as it takes longer with up and down. The drive thru has three lanes but only one is open when I go. The wait can be considerable if you stop by after work when they are busy. During off time, there is no wait. I like that do not send me a lot of propaganda in the mail. Just my statements and the statements include tiny copy of each check so I can cross check details. All in all, a good place to bank.

i am absolutely disappointed in chase turning this into a self service limited branch. they have…read morealready closed multiple locations around the city. they remodeled this branch and removed all the tellers. now there's a lot of empty space and a glorified atm inside and they left the seated workers. i went inside to make a deposit but didn't have a debit card due to some really poor customer service at a different branch & over the phone "support". the associate was already assisting someone but she was on the phone so he was able to still help me. i was in a rush and unsure how to make a deposit at an atm with no card? he explained i could use apple pay. i thought his customer service was excellent! he checked on me a couple times to make sure the process was going okay and ended by making sure i didn't need assistance with anything else.

He does home loans and refinancing. He's young. But he's great. Has an amazing attitude and really cares about you as a person. He is refinancing our home, got us locked in from a 30 year to a 15 year fixed and is still lowering our payment by $200 per month!

Upon initially seeing all of the cars in line for that service, I almost drove away because I did not have time to wait; however, I soon realized the arrangement of the lanes. Schwab's checking/debit card comes with free ATM withdrawals around the world (the fees are refunded to your account), and regular debit purchases at stores and stuff as I was told have no FOREX (foreign exchange) fees. I had a snaffoo with the online registration (which is actually super simple), so I called their 24 hour helpline-- I was amazed I didn't get someone in a foreign country. The broker I was on the phone with was a real person, and he was so darn cool and I can't begin to tell you how helpful he was. ***Total call time: 1 HOUR 45 MINUTES of him giving me the 411***. Isn't that crazy? He walked me through registration, confirmed on his end that I was set to go, explained the processes of how the brokerage-checking account I signed up for works, how deposits work, how to expedite my checking card coming in the mail because I'm going on a trip soon-- and then.. The best Investing 101 lesson I've ever had. I took these classes in college but it all went over my head. He explained investment strategies, the definitions of everything, how to use their online tools-- basically demystified something I tend to stay away from dealing with, and made asking questions really easy. ... I don't remember his name, but (I think) he works in the Indianapolis office. and that he was 24 and super smart. I really felt like I have having an over the phone class tutor who was really supportive and patient. Best customer service I've ever had. I called back in to try to ask that he gets sort of recognition (each time you call you may get a call center in a different city) so they are going to track him down.
