STAY AWAY from this body shop. This place is a train wreck of incompetence and the very definition of how not to run a business. If you value your time, money, or even basic human decency, do not let them near your car. What should've been a straightforward two-week repair turned into a torturous two-month fiasco. They talk a big game about "professionalism," but deliver only excuses, broken promises, and incompetence on a stunning scale. Communication? Honesty? These words are not in their vocabulary. I spent weeks chasing them down for updates as if I were the one working for them. They outright failed on critical repairs, like replacing deployed seat belts. Think about that--a "professional" shop somehow missed seat belts that were obviously damaged. Then they blamed the insurance adjuster, which was as offensive as it was absurd. They had my car for weeks but somehow "didn't notice" the damaged seat belts? This isn't just negligence--it's downright dangerous. And they didn't stop there, repeatedly blaming my insurance for delays. In reality, the insurance had approved and paid for everything promptly; it was the shop that was dragging its feet and spinning lies to cover their incompetence. And then there's Helia. Dealing with her was a nightmare all its own. She introduced herself as the manager but quickly downgraded herself to "just accounts receivable" whenever things went wrong. Her talent for dodging accountability was unparalleled. She was always "unavailable," either "away" or at yet another doctor's appointment. When she was around, she made empty promises to return calls that, of course, never happened. Her constant blame-shifting and gaslighting were insulting to my intelligence. The delays were inexcusable. I showed more patience than any reasonable person should, calling only once a week. But--surprise--20 minutes before one scheduled pickup, they suddenly "realized" the seat belts still needed replacing. Then they claimed the part was on backorder. Weeks later, it was the same story all over again. And right before yet another pickup date, they miraculously "discovered" an issue with the passenger side that they couldn't even explain for two weeks. It became obvious every excuse was just a cover for their utter incompetence. It gets worse: employees couldn't keep their stories straight. One would say one thing, then the next would say the opposite. This level of unprofessionalism isn't just frustrating; it's deeply unsettling. How can anyone trust a business that can't keep its own lies straight? And the icing on this disaster cake? Richmond Hill Car Rentals, conveniently located right across the hall. They claim to be "independent," but that's laughable. After two weeks, my rental budget ran out, and had I continued, I'd have been on the hook for over $2,700--all thanks to the body shop's delays. It felt like a setup, one designed to drain every cent from customers. The lack of transparency around this "rental company" only adds to the sense that something shady is going on. Bottom line: avoid this place at all costs. The incompetence, deceit, and outright disregard for customers make this the single worst service experience I've ever had. I wanted to bring to the attention such a pressing issue nowadays with all the violence in the GTA. This is mainly about all the tow wars going on in the GTA. As you may have heard all over the news there is a serious issue going on within the GTA with all these tow trucks. These wars are because of a small segment of tow truck companies. These companies mainly owned by one owner are going around threatening fellow tow companies, their drivers and family because they want to dominate a paticular territory. They will go as far as burning rival tow company trucks, shooting at trucks, shooting at drivers, shooting at tow operator houses and businesses and also threaten physical harm towards rival tow company owners. They want all tow companies to work under their control. In exchange you must pay them a commission for each vehicle you hook and drop all repairs and vehicles to their bodyshop. If you don't? Prepare to have your houses/businesses/trucks shot at. This is a large mafia operation that the cops have lost control on as well as the government. The majority of shootings happening within the GTA is because of this paticular group. Please take extra caution if involved in a accident and use a reputable tow company. They are taking advantage of people in vulnerable situations as well and racking up tow and storage charges and ripping your insurance companies off which in turn is increasing everyone's premiums, also prepare for a long wait for your vehicle to be released to insurance so they can inflate the bill. The tow companies are Joshua Roadside, MA Roadside, GB Recovery, VV Auto Towing, York Region Towing Services, One Ummah Towing and their body shop Certified Collision Repair Centre aka CCRC at 130 Citation Dr Concord Ontario. These people are armed and dangerous and should not be consulted for any services whatsoever. Please use a reputable company if you are in need of towing services or repair services. I called them about our car, which was in their shop, and the guy asked me if I knew who helped us. There were a couple guys who did so I told him that if he asked [insert name here], he could tell you. He then went on to say if I wanted to solve the problem on my own and if I understood English -- when I was just giving him a tip. When I continued to talk, he hung up on me. We then went to this repair centre and asked for a release form of our car and instead they made us sign a work order form without our knowledge. We should've checked but we trusted them that it was the right form, and the lady who helped us didn't mention anything about the work order form at all. I choose to bring my car to Certified Collision Repair Center because I had heard good things about this repair shop. I was amazed at how clean and spacious the office was. I was greeted by friendly staff and offered a coffee. They gave me a tour of the facility, after seeing the body shop, I was definitely confident leaving my car here for repairs. When I got my car back, I could not be happier, its never been detailed like this, it was so clean, I barely recognized it. And the repair work was awesome. Recommend this place! read more
