Communication was very smooth and we were able to proceed with my drop off and pickup within a month. I also had a budget which we were able to negotiate on and settled for an amazing price. He answers all questions informatively and professionally. I had a comfortable experience as a woman. He sent me updates during the process because I was very curious as to what it looked like during the whole prep as well. The overall finish was incredible. The car looks brand new. The care for the car seems tedious but I wouldn't trade anything for it since it allows me to check my car for any changes every week (recommended to wash weekly with a vinyl safe shampoo). Just a heads up, you will lose any emblems on the trunk due to the process of the wrapping done there but that's part of the contract. We have had both of our family vehicles ceremic'd by Ryan. Just recently, we took one of them in for a touch up after one year - as he offers a 9-year warranty. We're very pleased with their quality of service and the ease of care the ceramic offers. We just spray with water in the early morning before the sun hits it, run a few microfiber towels over it to get the dirt off, then one wooly mammoth towel dries the whole car. Hit the wheels with some brushes & rinse with the garden hose. That's it- 15 minutes.
