I immediately felt like he wanted to actually help and not just count the clock and earn a paycheck. He seems to always be genuinely listening and engaged. This was a breath of fresh air from other counselors who interrupt mid sentence to announce there are 15 minutes left. Maybe he's just more tactful than other people I've seen. Ha!
