The bed was comfortable, the shower products were very good but this hotel doesn't believe in giving out bar soap? Yeah.. I travel with a bar from L'Occitane so these silly rules don't apply to me. I woke up, poured myself a cup of coffee from the free breakfast bar. I see families coming down and enjoying the breakfast selections. I'm sure they're here for a graduation or visiting a student. My apologies that my mother DIED at an inconvenient time for you - so much so that I am now out over 600 dollars to cancel a room which you were able to turn around an IMMEDIATELY sell again. Hilton hotels will never see another dollar of my money - and this hotel in particular, and it's clown of a general manager, can both go pound sand. I TRULY hope that you end up being taken advantage of due to the death of someone close to you so that you will understand what an absolute piece of garbage you were in this situation. For the most part it was good that we were prepared as walking to the grill is a long walk to the side of the building. Staff the next day was extremely friendly at the breakfast room. You had a choice of hot pancakes or French toast, eggs, potatoes, cereals, bagels and muffins. All food was on chaffing dishes and there is an attendant serving you the food. We got a suite, the kitchen was pretty nice, a small fridge but top shelf was almost like a freezer. It was odd but nice, the shower and toilet were separated from the vanity. normally shower and vanity are separated from toilet. Do you agree?. No ac was working although the waitresses said well its hot outside it takes time to get it cool. If I was the business owner and knew people were coming as early as 4pm I would have started that up at noon or earlier. By dinner time people were very hot complaining where is the AC??we suffered in heat for 4 hours. Well.. it wasn't working. We as guests knew this at 4pm. People came from out of town and the elderly as well for this wedding. Who wants to dance in heat and have a stroke. The waitresses said they had no stand up fans like one would think in a catering business just in case for this very reason. it's nice to have stand up fans as they have bands weddings and in case this should happen.
