Wonderful Experience! We had a 16x28 site built barn constructed in Greenbush Michigan on June 8th of this year. Lavern provided good communication throughout the process. We had these folks put up a large shed for us in Alpena. The workmanship was the best I have ever seen! They brought the shed partially assembled on a flat bed, and had it up within 5 hours. The shed was customized to our specs, and still cost us hundreds less than we could have purchased it for from one of the big box stores. You will not find a better deal anywhere else. 5 +++++ stars! read more

Save yourself and buy a kit. Bought a 10x10 shed and one side is single runs of metal roof, other is pieces. Same for fascias. Skylight is glued together. Bottom door latch isn't aligned and mounted too high to secure anyway. Some studs don't even touch the plates. They also turned around 3 times which means a lot more yard we have to fix. Wish we had gotten a kit, it would have been cheaper, better looking, and more secure. read more

Very disappointed with this company. Quality of shed is good but, the salespeople are very misleading. Bought an 8x8 she from them. Did the 2 year contract to pay it off slower. Get a call from BLI Rentals, who it the lease company they deal with. They went over the contract on the phone and in the coarse of conversation she informs me that after the 3rd payment, half of the payment goes to "lease" and only half goes to the principle! I was never informed of this "tactic" when signing papers. Be cautious if you deal with either company. Not straight forward people. $1400 shed ends up costing me $2200. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that the highest interest credit card is way cheaper. Will NEVER deal with these people again. Will never recommend them either. read more

Have had nothing but superior service and results from Lavern and his crew. Had a site built barn built in 2010 and have added three more sheds since; one of which delivered downstate. Would highly recommend Lavern for anything you may need. read more
