I did see him two years prior for my wisdom teeth extractions, so I was so anxious about this particular appointment at first, but he put me at ease during my visit. He told me that he thought I didn't necessarily have it, since it doesn't really occur in people my age, thinking it's probably just a bit of reflux, and he said there's this little patch on there to where the tonsils were removed (this was 15 years ago). That takes skin from the roof of the mouth and re-attaches it to the bottom gums. We got a referral for a practice in Lincoln Park but my daughter did not feel comfortable with them, so I did some research and found Dr. Reznikov's practice to have good reviews. At our 1st appointment I explained how apprehensive she was about such a delicate, yet highly painful procedure. Dr. Reznikov took his time in examining her, taking impressions, and then consulting with us afterwards. We scheduled the outpatient surgery, and it went just how he described. Over the next two months we had follow-up appointments to make sure all was well and she's now ready for her Invisalign. We couldn't be happier.

The surgeon was amazing, the anesthesiologist put me at easy, was very gently inserting the iv (I'm afraid of needles). They did a phenomenal job all the way around. They all work as a TEAM- there is a very good culture here and it shows with entire staff. I never thought at age 46 I would have all of my teeth removed and get implants both top and bottom. They are prepared and have a plan for you and it works. Couldn't be happier with how I was treated and the payment options they provided. A standard bitewing X-ray didn't provide adequate imaging to diagnose the cause of the infection that was present. I was quickly scheduled at this office, and seen within just a few days of being referred. Dr. Rosenbaum was very attentive and focused throughout my exam, and clearly explained what the cone beam scan indicated. (The tooth was cracked and needed to be extracted. He also offered his opinion that there was no need for an expensive implant to replace the tooth - which I really appreciated.) I received a referral to an oral surgeon, and as it turned out, I could be seen by that practice within 24 hours due to a cancellation. North Shore provided same-day turnaround in getting me a copy of my scan, and helped me to coordinate this with the oral surgeon's office. Bravo! I am very appreciative of the professionalism and efficiency of this team, and have no hesitation in recommending them.
