My first appointment seemed fine. I had a general examination, and I explained why I was there in…read morethe first place, blah blah blah. One of the therapists came and grabbed me and helped to teach me a few exercises I would be doing. The doctor insisted on 2 sessions a week, which seemed a bit much to me, but I'm no doctor. Once done with my appointment, I scheduled my next few appointments. One of those appointments was today. I arrived on time and was promptly brought back to start my therapy. I was doing the same exercises I had done last time, so I was familiar with how to do them. I was handed a timer and told what to do and for how long. Once completed, I looked around but did not see my therapist, so I just sat there, just kinda looking around for her. I noticed there were two groups of therapists all speaking a different language, laughing, and seemed to be having a good time. I couldn't get anyone's attention despite calling out to the two groups, so I just sat there and waited for someone to check on me or see me. Despite being the only patient and in the center of the room, no one noticed. After a couple of minutes, one of the male therapists noticed me and seemed to ask the group who I belonged to? I don't know for sure because I could not understand them. My therapist looked at me and hollered instructions to me from across the room. I knew what she meant because I had done it once before. I proceeded to do the exercise. The entire time, people were running around me, talking about whatever they were talking about, and I started to get upset. At some point during one of the exercises, my therapist kind of just disappeared, and another man I had never met started having me do an exercise I had already done. He was explaining how to properly do it until I asked him if I should be doing it again. He said no, took the belt away, and went to the back to grab something. Honestly, I don't think he knew what I should be doing because he took a couple of minutes just fumbling around, looking, and grabbing at different things. He came back with a band and showed me what he wanted me to do. I had a feeling he just made it up, but I didn't know for sure. He then asked me how much pain I was in, referring to my knee. I told him that I wasn't there for knee pain and was a bit confused as to what my treatment plan was for treating my akathisia. He didn't know what that meant, but instead of asking me what it was, he left me with the timer, told me how long I needed to do the exercise. He then walked away. Again, I finished my exercise, and no one was there. There were just a bunch of therapists (I'm assuming that's what they were) having a good ol' time talking and hanging out in the closet and back of the room. I couldn't get anyone to help me. No one seemed to know why I was there, and no one seemed to care. I literally just got up, grabbed my shoes, hat, and sweatshirt, walked to the front, put my shoes on, and walked out the front door. I left this place feeling a mixture of awkward, confused, and kinda pissed. I called and cancelled the appointments I already had on the books and told them that I would not be returning. If you want to make actual progress regarding your health, I would steer clear of this place. I found everyone rude, dismissive, uninformed, and extremely unprofessional. Except for the receptionist. She was very kind and accommodating.

I've been seeing Dr. Paul Cross for almost 2 years and the improvement in my range of motion, joint pain have been phenomenal. I've been working on improving my health by eating carnivore for the past 6 months which has also helped to dissolve arthritic pain in my hands and joint. This Place seriously injured me around thanks giving of last year. They performed an adjustment on…read moreme which caused me a lot of pain. I called to see if that was normal and was told it was. The second time I get an adjustment, the practioner or whatever is paying more attention to another patient because they were discussing sports. The dude tried an adjustment and my back didn't pop. So he tried it again but harder. This cause me A LOT of pain. By the time I got home i noticed my left leg is gloved; term for numbing sensation where touch feels like static almost as if you are wearing a glove over the skin being stimulated. I called them to report the serious pain I was and that my leg was numb. They told me to call back tomorrow after 3:30pm If I was still having said issue. I called back at 3:31pm to report that nothing had changed. They told me to come back to clinic to be reviewed. I came back to the clinic and instead of putting wirh a nurse or practitioner, the same dude who hurt me had me lay down. I was under the impression that they were going to assess the issue but instead they performed another adjustment without my permission then had the nerve to charge me for the adjustment I didn't request. I called back to explain what was going on and at this point the receptionist seemed very worried. She said she'd had the nurse call me back. The nurse did call and recommends that I go to the hospital and makes sure to say they would have never cleared the second adjustment. I end up having to go to more specialists visits because my back pain is now an annular tear. I've been in and out of specialists since that day. I've become hooked on pain pulls. I've had to get CT scans. All and all this practice has literally costed me thousands of dollars. It's been almost a year and my leg is still numb. I still have daily pain. I reached out to them several times to try to work out some sort of deal to lessen the cost of my medical expenses caused by them. They pretend to be concerned for about a week then I never heard another word from them. Safe to assume they stopped caring when they realized I didn't have enough money for a malpractice suit. This Place literally ruined my life for the better part of a year and has cost me most of my savings. If I had the money, I would have absolutely sued them. I would give zero stars if I could

I had seen it on movies and commercials and always thought, hmm it must hurt to be a human porcupine. Doing a football workout I did a simple turn and pinched a nerve. Luckily, my fraternity brother worked at this location and they were open on Saturday so I knew my moment had arrived to be one with the porcupines. Upon coming in the office had a pleasant ambience, very relaxing and welcoming. The staff was very professional and ensured I had their attention the entire time I was being serviced. There was also a high attention for detail and precision while doing both the acupuncture and massaging portions of the treatment. They also have several different tools and techniques, acupuncture, cupping, stimulation, and massages are only a few. The the doctor was very knowledgeable and kind, she also saw me until I was able to function properly again. As for affordability, they accept insurance and the prices for treatment are flexible so don't be afraid to come get treatment, I can attest it works as long as you trust the process. The only con for those who work throughout the week is the hours of operation. They close around 7:00PM while many people are in traffic, with that being said the availability in Saturday compensated for it but for those that know the medicinal benefits, spots fill up extremely fast so book in advanced.
