Oh my goodness! I am not sure who the guy, not a gentleman, because if he was gentleman his…read moreapproach would be kind and respectful towards woman. Kindness is free! It looks like parking is being re-done and policy is being Enforced etc etc. I came for a visit to my brothers for the weekend, and parked here this morning which I would move as I am in and out of the house. The guy in navy polo saw me getting in the car. Waited a few minutes and tried to act like "security" "policeman" not even hello, straight up "you have no business to park here, I saw you this morning, etc etc " I am not sure if he is having a bad day or that's just the way he is raised to speak to woman or in general. But he probably should learn what manners are. If your business or whoever is trying to implement this "new" parking policy, then start posting signs on the trees, re do your sign so it's visible enough and get security 24/7. As long as my family has lived here, there was no such thing who can or can't park. So policies and procedures for your business, businesses need to make sense, instead of coming out of the building with snobby attitude! I am sorry you are miserable and hate what you do on Saturday, but respect goes along the way! And if you saw me this morning park here, why didn't you come out and say something then? I did work 20 hours in hospital and last thing I wanted was to be stalked where I park and for how long! I cannot seem to believe this man's approach to my car! I should I have just drove away and not listen to him. It's 4:15pm and cars are parked out there and I don't see him stopping anyone from parking there, so it's interesting to me that you are almost picking and choosing who you want to tell something. I hope that made your day for choosing to be rude! :)

My daughter was taught organization, study habits and diligence from her time at PFA. Mrs. Rumpler met one on one with my daughter to help her learn executive school work management skills. As a matter of fact my daughter is getting straight A's and we often discuss how much PFA helped her in many aspects of managing school life after PFA. Thank you PFA!

The school has been accommodating, welcoming and Christ-centered. My daughter loves her class and also feels challenged educationally. I love the intimate feel of a small school, it reminds me of my own elementary school down the street. The staff feels familial, there are plenty of opportunities to volunteer or get involved, and there is a wonderful church associated with the school that we love as well. Mr. Nice is the school's principal and also the main Pastor at the church, he lives up to his name and is truly special.

From day one, the staff made our family feel welcomed. They strike that rare balance of being warm and nurturing while also maintaining high academic and behavioral expectations. My boys are excited to go to school each morning, and as a parent, that peace of mind is priceless. The teachers are exceptional--patient, communicative, and deeply invested in each child's growth. They recognize that kids learn differently and somehow manage to challenge, encourage, and celebrate each child as an individual. Yes, it is a Christian school, but it is by no means over the top and our boys really enjoy the stories and songs. The lessons are truly focused on being good humans - who can argue with inspiring a little more love and kindness? What stands out most is the sense of community. This isn't just a school; it's a partnership. Whether it's helping my youngest gain confidence in preschool or ensuring my older kids are engaged, curious, and supported, the school consistently goes above and beyond. As a mom juggling work, schedules, and three very different personalities, I can say with complete confidence that this school has been one of the best decisions we've made for our family. My boys are thriving--and we can't say thank you enough to SCCS.

They accepted all of my and his private information and then shut us down. I got the runaround from "Dayna" the so called director about the whole fiasco and any and everyone else pretty much refused to speak to me according to her. When you go to the church it looks like a pop up shop daycare anyway to begin with , and once you do the tour and see who your children are going to be likely left in the care of you are more then likely to question them yourselves anyway. I think my intelligence moving forward might have been more then what they were expecting so they saved themselves the trouble and just decided not to go through with it , which ultimately was a good choice on their part . Nonetheless , they are not up to par for any ones children , and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone . I undoubtedly would have ended up changing providers immediately.

There were both positive and negative thoughts. I allowed the Lord to lead me. I was immediately greeted by Annabel. A lovely bright young lady. From the moment I stepped on the grounds, through the worship service and the word brought forth by Pastor Smith was pure servitude. They made me feel welcome. The praise and worship team led by Pastors wife sang uplifting songs to the Lord. The congregation was fully engaged and the Holy Spirit showed up. The children's church recited bible verses that they learned. Just warmed my heart. Pastor Kaloma Smith brought the word from 1 Kings 18: 20-40. Resetting our Expectations of God! He shared his experience of hearing the Lord. Having faith and favor during the transition from the East coast to the West coast. His wife supporting him and standing with him. They have a digital online network. Scriptures on Demand. This sermon is worth hearing again. Just powerful and plain explanation of today's practical wisdom. When I'm in Sunnyvale again, I will definitely visit again.

(Note: I reviewed the other 1 with the same address on yelp)…read more I like this church and enjoy the music and choir. It definitely has a family-feel and less crowded then some of the neighboring churches. I also enjoyed the homilies given by Father Gener who moved to a different parish but now I get to sometimes hear Father Paul who is also excellent. His homilies are from the heart and I like how he applies it to the readings. He always reminds me that despite the suffering God wants to join us on our journey. The church is beautiful with a large stained-glass window with St. Lawrence. It's a great image to look at while praying and the sun hitting against it from outside. This has a great ecceltic mix of children, youth and eldery - majority Caucasian, but enough different cultures represented to be considered a multi-cultural parish. I definitely enjoyed the adoration following the daily mass - it's very beautiful and the whole experience and procession is very prayerful. I would definitely recommend this church as the alternative to St. Clare's or SCU. The chairs are just as comfy as St. Clare's. Also it's nice to see sisters in mass too, some with habits others without - the Sisters of Holy Names of Joseph and Mary pretty much run the place are AMAZING! They are so easy to talk to and most importantly non-judgemental. Amen! Be sure to park inside the lot on the opposite side of the elementary school - plenty of parking.
