So happy I found this place! It is in my neighborhood so very convenient. They are super understanding of my budget and what I am looking for, and feel like my requests are listened to. They have a great selection of colours and flowers...including all my favorites like lillies, orchids, gerberas (and peony when they are in season) The five star rating is because their flowers stay fresh for a really long time. I also like that I can phone them and have the flowers delivered to my mom on the same day, and it's usually there within hours. Keep up the good work guys! read more

Ordered flowers from their website for mothers' day and paid $18 extra for the deluxe bouquet but I was disappointed with what was delivered. I thought about not going through a major website like 1-800-flowers and supporting a local merchant directly but on this occasion, it backfired. The bouquet was much smaller than what was shown on the website. I also called the store on the day of delivery to make sure the order was delivered and was met with a rather frazzled and somewhat rude person on the other end. Overall, I don't think these folks take pride in their work or their customer service. read more

I ordered a birthday bouquet for my daughter this morning and was very pleased with the service received and the follow up message letting me know the delivery had been made. Attitude issue. Staff are busy with online orders and shows little support to walk-in guests. They seem prefer earning money from easy-going customers and don't care about customer services. read more

Don't bother. I ordered an arrangement this morning on there site to be delivered today, followed all their timeline rules. Got the thank you for your order email from them and what do you know. They didn't realize that I had placed an order... So no delivery, even though they emailed me back. Incompetence is the absolute worst trait, and they have it in spades. Moral of the story: Go anywhere else for your flower needs. read more

My experiences with this particular location was never good. Being new to the neighbourhood, my children had flowers delivered to me from that location. Half the flowers in the bouquet were already welted, half dead. I also visited the store and their stock was extremely limited. I purchased a houseplant only to find once I brought it home that it was full of bugs. Now yesterday, my children again had flowers delivered for Mother's Day and today, they are already dead. It's so disappointing to see their hard earned money (cause I'm sure they spent a lot of money on that bouquet) not even last a couple of days. I'll keep buying my flowers and house plants at the florist down in the North Vancouver Market on the Quay. Their cut flowers lasted me almost 2 weeks. read more

I ordered a sympathy arrangement from this florist. It was a big arrangement on stand with Ribbon across the arrangements with my name printed on it. They were supposed to deliver it to the Grave Site on the morning of the ceremony. When I got to the Gravy Site I noticed they had spelled my last name wrong. It was so embracing in front of a crowd of 100 people. When I contacted the business. The girl on the phone said the owner is not in the store I had to contact her and I will call you back. A few minutes later she contacted me and said the owner has said there is not anything they can do about it now. Absolutely very poor customer service. read more

The owner of this florist shop, Jay, is extremely rude and does not value his customers. I have purchased flowers from his store a number of times and the last time was over the phone. Apparently they wrote down the credit card number incorrectly (they were off by 1 number) and called my home and the home of where I had the flowers delivered and accused me of using a stolen credit card. When I called to discuss the issue to confirm if they had the right card number and make a payment if the card number was incorrect with the owner, he yelled at me and refused to accept it was a mistake. Why would I give them my home number and the home number of the house I had the flowers delivered to if I used a stolen credit card? He hung up on me and then called again to demand payment. Their flowers are decent but pricey, but definitely not worth it from a company who's owner is belligerent and rude. Don't give them your business, they may harass you too! read more

I was very disappointed with the wrist corsage ($25+tax) I got from this florist. They suggested a rose and freesia combination when I told them what colours I wanted. It was very attractive, however the rose petals all fell off in the first one hour it was worn (1.5 hours after pick up), while photos were being taken, so it never got worn to the event. I spoke to the manager Jay about the situation, and he was not interested in offering either an apology or any compensation, so I told him I would be sure to let everyone know how disappointed I was with his customer service. read more
