I've been going to this florist for many years now and they never disappoint. They have beautiful bouquets on display but you can also call or email in advance to order something custom. Their flowers are by no means cheap but I think considering the aesthetic arrangement and wrapping - it's well worth the money especially if I want to buy something really nice for friends and family. Impressive website not only included standard pics, prices but also listed flowers comprising the arrangement; choice of 3 prices and size (height, width) of each. Staff Betty and Maria, floral designer, were terrific. My arrangement called for Asiatic lilies in full bloom but Maria disclosed that lilies presently in stock were buds. Maria patiently worked with me to find an agreeable substitute for the lilies. Final arrangement was beautiful much to my sister's delight. Delivery on time. Limited selection of fresh flowers. The person in the store did not seem particularly helpful, or keen for business.

I was looking for a selection of cut flowers while on vacation. This shop was the closest to my temporary address so I took a chance. Service and selection in this small shop were outstanding. Very reasonable pricing as well. I found 2 beautiful African violets for my host and the sales person was so helpful, showing me which would likely have new blossoms soon. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!! I ordered a flowers stand to be delivered to my friend's funeral and paid $280. When I placed the order online, I put a note and specifically asked them to deliver them before 11:30am on the day of funeral. I did not get a delivery confirmation email until 4pm. That makes me wonder if the flowers were actually delivered on time. I mean, what's the point of having the flowers delivered after the funeral? Later that day, I got a missed call and the flower shop left a message saying that my card got declined. At first I thought it was a scam as I remembered the payment went through online. I emailed them to inquire about that and I specifically asked what time the flowers were delivered and I asked for picture. They wrote back and asked for payment but ignored my questions. I wrote back but no replies for few days. Today I got a call from them again and on the phone, I questioned them about the time of delivery. The lady could not give me the exact time and she only claimed that the driver left the flower shop at 9:30am. I asked them to give me proof of delivery and she said she knows the flowers have gone out but they don't have pictures. She also said that their flower shop was very busy and they did not have time to process the payment until later afternoon. It DOES NOT make sense at all!! I am not sure about you but if you were the owner/staff, would you deliver the product before collecting the payment? That makes me wonder if they actually delivered the flowers..... Anyways since the flowers were for my friend's funeral and I did not want to be disrespectful for my friend, I gave them my credit card info but told them that I would not do any business with them. The lady laughed and said, "YOU JUST PAY NOW AND YOU CAN DO WHATEVER YOU WANT. I DON'T CARE". If you don't know how to take care of your customers, your competitors will. read more

I ordered an orchid online for delivery on the Friday of the Easter weekend. The beautiful orchid was delivered the next day. I made a mistake and forgot to add my name to the card so I sent an email (late at night.) I called to confirm in the morning, and she had already seen my message and adjusted this. My favourite local florist shop. Majit the owner is a very kind and incredibly helpful guy! The selection of flowers are abundant and the quality is there as well. I used to purchase bouquets from convenience stores or drugstores but after finding this little gem I definitely have switched over. You get to customize how you want the bouquet to look, how it's wrapped, everything down to the last detail and they're there to help you from the moment you walk in to when you leave. Love going in there every time I need to buy flowers for someone, it's so much more of a personable experience, not just stock flowers sitting in a store. Plus they deliver too! read more

Very disappointed. My long distance boyfriend got roses delivered to my workplace on my birthday, and my flowers dead after TWO DAYS. They gave me flowers that are reaching the end of their lives. AND there are 2 different roses (while we asked for long stem rose only). I think they ran out of them and just put whatever he had in a vase and delivered it. I contacted them and demanded a refund, and never hear back from them. I feel like we got robbed because we paid over $60 dollars for 12 roses and a bunch of fern. No filler flower was given as well. This is extreme frustrating and I hope this place close down for good. read more

Ordered flowers for my daughter on her birthday. Not delivered. Called next day. They promised they would be delivered by 5pm. Not delivered. Called next day. They said the were sorry and said they would refund my card. Asked them if they understood how they has ruined my gesture to my daughter on her birthday. By their response I knew they couldn't care less. Most companies will offer to make it right perhaps by offering a discount on next order.....something to show that they really were sorry and wanted to preserve a good relationship between the company and customer. This company did none of that. I would recommend you pass on doing business with this company. read more

Ordered flowers 2 days before my mothers 79th birthday. Called my Mom to say happy birthday that afternoon she had no flowers! The florist is less than a mile from her home. The order clearly stated as well as the confirmation email that they were for MORNING delivery. Of course no specific time on the clock was stated, no number. Contacted Mr Majid Yazdanian and was told I never said what specific time on the order..... He continued to deny the order said MORNING even though the confirmation was right there in black and white, and just kept repeating that there was no "time" specfied as in an actual number on a clock face and pretended as if the word MORNING was not a "time", just kept playing a semantic word game stating there was "no time" as if the word MORNING is not an actual time of day Absurd treatment after spending over 100 dollars, he never apologized, got the flowers there AT 3 PM even had to lie about that and say it was 2:45. The man likes numbers, mostly your dollars, talks fast and loud as if he can just repeat over and over there was no time on the order instead of making a simple apology. Do not spend your money with fast talking BS artists that deny instead of apologize. Hopefully the business will soon close. read more

Do not recommend. Ordered flowers to be delivered to workplace and by 4pm it still did not arrive. Called them and was told that they will deliver before 8pm. I've never heard of delivering flowers that late especially when it's noted to be delivered to an office. I insisted on refund or delivery before the office closes. Needless to say I had to ruin the surprise and have the person wait at the office for their flowers! Then I was told the delivery driver CALLED the receiver and said he was 15mins away, and asked if he would wait. Common sense would tell u not to CALL the person you're delivering flowers to? Then I learned there was a box of chocolates that didn't get delivered. I had to call back to get a refund. Terrible experience. Do not recommend at all. read more
