The best way for me to describe how good they are is to compare Platinum to our previous property manger is to list all the things they do right: 1. They provide organized and detailed financial statements, budgets, long-term planning in order to maintain property value, and they keep a good eye on the reserves of the future. 2. They have construction knowledge and know what to do when things break. 3. They have a comprehensive list of professional service providers and repair consultants so when things do go wrong, they can call someone over quickly - roofs, elevator, cleaners, gardeners, alarm services, etc. 4. They are able to do the legwork to get detailed bids, negotiate, and oversee projects so that we are using the best service people. They are responsive by email and phone when they are needed. 5. They even helped me source a service person to do some work inside my unit 6. The understand insurance and contracts. The property manager we had before Platinum was disorganized, inexperienced, and useless. Two years into that contract and we knew we need to find another property manager. We have been with Platinum for a little more than 2 years and we are so grateful to have found them. And finally, we are a small building with just 8 units. Most property managers didn't want to work with us because of our size, but we are thrilled that Platinum took us on as a client.

It asked for my credit card. .Elissa said it won't charge me, just do what it says. When it thanked me for my payment, again I asked Melissa what was going on. Then I got all these fraud alerts. Their website brought me to a hacker website. I had to cancel my credit card. Not only that, but they refused to give me a paper application saying if I couldn't do it online it was not their problem. I left multiple messages for the owner Randall as he showed me the property and never got a call back. Very disappointed with this agency. Trying to move back to the Northbride/Uxbridge area, have awesome credit and the agency has most of the listing's. I will report them to the BBB. What they did was unconsciousable. Charges have appeared without proper explanation, and requests for supporting documentation or invoices have not been adequately addressed. This raises serious concerns about how they conduct business. Overall, the experience has felt unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. He allowed us to put an offer on the property and perform a home inspection when he knew based on our financing we would not be able to purchase the home due to issues with the homeowners association. Unfortunately we had to walk away from the purchase due to these issues. We wasted a whole month and then had to walk away. We would have never put an offer and had an inspection on a property we couldn't purchase. When we attempted to recoup our inspection money we were told no even though this agent did not disclose the property information appropriately. I would definitely not recommend working with this office and they deserve 0 stars.
