    Loved living in 46 Elm St. The apartment was spacious, and had great natural lighting in it. Would recommend living here.

I looked at an apartment, spoke to some woman who said, she had pull and would make it happen by the 1st. I have around a 700 credit score, I have zero issues for anything. As a NEMT driver, I meet so many people. This company is buying out houses in Danielson/Putnam etc. I have several patients whom 7 hills bought out their apartments and in one instance, kicked them them out, after a 10 year stay. That patient of mine warned me, explained things broke, and 7 hills lied to HUD saying, they fixed all the things that HUD needed fixed during an inspection. So, obviously HUD refused to pay after the inspection because 7-hills lied and said it was fixed when clearly they didn't. Good luck to 7hills treating a small town where everyone knows each other and word is already around to stay away from this SCAM COMPANY! During the showing of apartment the woman (Heather O'Brien) who showed me it. Said, we believe in giving second chances and we discussed the one eviction that I had, we discussed that I didn't want to apply unless that wasn't going to be an issue. I lost my job and quickly depleted my savings as I did my best to keep up with my financial responsibilities. But a severe bout with the debilitating virus put me behind in my rent. And let me tell you as a single male with no one and no family the struggle was real...! I was fortunate enough to have met and worked with one of Northeast Properties rental managers named: Gabriella Oliveira! Together with her help I was able to work through my overdue past rent. And with assistance from CMHA, working closely with their attorney Raphaelson. I finally found gainful employment and am now able to start the process of getting my life back in order. It wasn't easy...! But Gabriella, was extremely helpful, kind, considerate and sympathetic to my situation. Very poor customer service skills the current property manager RACHEL is very childish, impatient, and rude when you simply have questions to ask. They are overwhelmed by even the slightest attempt of an adult conversation. Any questions you may have they instantly get on your case about and then they proceed to falsely accuse you of not letting speak when they are done speaking. They hang up on you when they want and they get angry when you have genuine questions. The RECEPTIONIST has very poor customer service skills and little to no patience. Beware they also have a high turnover rate which contributes to their poor culture. Let's also be clear here when we say their reaction was unwarranted and uncalled for. Kindness shouldn't be met with shouting and tyranny.
