When she arrived in person, three men ganged up on her, using scare tactics and bullying behavior to pressure her into a bad trade. Despite her showing valid ID (she's nearly 19), they bizarrely claimed she was only 17 and not even allowed to be in the store. Whether this was part of their intimidation or just ignorance, it's completely unprofessional and inappropriate. No young woman should be treated this way--especially by a group of adults in a business setting. This shop clearly takes advantage of people, and their tactics are shady at best. I would strongly advise others, especially younger customers, to avoid this place entirely.
