I have been going to this place to look for my very 1st LV because I've never owned one. I brought in my golds, walked in looked around and mind you, this is my 3rd time coming in. We were greeted and felt so welcomed and finally got to sit down with the owner Bryan. He was very welcoming along with his other staffs. Not only I have gotten much more than I expected for my items I brought in but I finally got to own my very 1st LV wallet! I was so ecstatic when he was able to also work around the price much less than I expected it on the floor! It was like a double win for me. No one judged us considering I walked in there with crocs and just a plain shirt. Most places like these (luxurious place) I get looked up and down. But nope! This place gives you such a warm welcome, I mean EVERYONE! Such an amazing experience to meet the owner Bryan himself. His daughter is so friendly too! I am so glad this is more of a family owned. Boy, have I been missing out! The Vault in St Augustine is a gem that I have missed all these years! Not anymore! Beautiful jewelry , estate and contemporary. Gorgeous coin necklaces from over the world. A good friend of mine has been purchasing and selling her jewelry to Brian for years!! I found a pair of gorgeous 1ct diamond stud earrings that I could not resist. The price was more than fair. The other thing is if I have jewelry that I am simply not using he will take that on consignment. My friend has turned over all types of high end pieces, like Tiffany bracelets, rings etc from her mother's estate and Brian has always taken care of her fairly and professionally. i have been looking forever for a pendant for a thick John Hardy necklace and his associate Mel went in the back and came out with a perfect slider!! Most folks only leave reviews to complain, so I wanted to write one because Bryan and his staff are top notch. The new remodel has expanded the stores footprint to allow for an even larger selection of luxury items, jewelry, & precious metals. I walked in for my standard shopping trip and walked out extremely happy, Bryan is a great guy and if you ask him a question about anything you can expect the truth. While in the store I heard him discussing what he would pay the gentleman for an item and what he would resell it for, that's not the norm if you know anything about folks in the jewelry, coin, or precious metals world. He is a businessman with a great reputation and integrity. If you don't like what he'll pay you go elsewhere and he'll still be there when you decide to sell it to him because the other shops try to rip you off. read more

I want to start this review off by saying I wish I could give these guys a 10 star rating! The owners are SUPER nice and helpful to anyone who walks through their doors. I'm brand new to stacking bullion and they had no issue walking me through the process! Here at The Vault they offer gold & silver bullion, jewelry, high end accessories, and ammo. Unlike other places in the area they are open 10am-10pm so it works out perfectly for people who work a day job! He was very kind and accommodating to meet my friend and I after hours on a Saturday evening in order to let us fulfill our want for LV bags. I went looking for one item, but ended up being able to negotiate for three items coming in well under what I would have spent at the LV store! Came to the Vault at a local friend's suggestion. Nice store with good security. Met with Bryan and his assistant who carefully sorted through our inherited Sterling flatware collection and immediately paid us several thousand dollars. Later I realized we still had a pile of x-rays, a fancy sterling serving set, some assorted jewelry and silver coins.
