Laura his assistant was so sweet and comforting and the new massage chair I was in helped a bit too. They do not add that extra fee for gas right then if you need it like so many around town are doing. Tina will clean my teeth using gas also - I mean - I fear the dentist...so this group is special to help work with that process.

This time Dr.Krempa took care of it. And promptly charged me again!!! When I complained to Dr.Krempa, he basically said, "Too bad." I found Krempa to be an arrogant prick and I can't warn you enough not to go to him. He obviously does not stand behind his own office's work. While the staff was very nice, you could sense they were walking on eggshells working for this guy. You could feel the tension. Avoid this dentist at all costs. But, the experience doesn't stop there! What a beautiful office! Everything is so clean and comfortable. Speaking of comfortable, they have a comfort menu! What?! They take customer service to an entirely different level! The doctors are both phenomenal, personable, kind, caring, and funny! The assistants are amazing and you can tell they truly care about you. I don't even know where to start with their amazing hygienists! They don't "just clean teeth" they are so much more! But I just went back and it was a completely new experience. 1. The waiting area was not putrid with air fresheners in every outlet!!! The office actually smelled like a dentist office! So wonderful! 2. My hygienist was new and had a nice personality! She was pretty and happy and not old and churchy. How nice! 3. They had HGTV on my TV and not the local news that makes me want to puncture my jugular with their pokey cleaning tools. 4. My NEW dentist sat his butt down on a freaking stool to examine my teeth instead of standing over me like a serial killer. (No, this is not a joke and I filed a formal complaint.) And I was thankful to have a new dentist to deliver the news that I had a small cavity that needed to be filled bc if my old dentist had made me imagine getting a filling by him...shudder* And I scheduled that filling and I went in and was out in an hour and my new dentist from the week before was still a completely normal dude the following Monday. He was super nice and very skilled and I am so happy with my filling! It's really smooth and perfectly moulded to my upper teeth and my floss doesn't catch. Perfection! I will definitely be going back and I am so glad my awful dentist's office has become such a turnaround story!! Still only 4 stars for the miserable years we shared together before now.

On Thursday May 21, 2026, I went in for a cleaning After I had my cleaning from the dental hygienist I had to leave for about 15 minutes to go home to take care of some business concerning my disabled husband, I told the Xray technician that I needed to leave for about 15 minutes to do this I told her That I would be right back that I was not far from the office I only had to talk to the doctor about my treatment. She said OK. When I came back a woman named Madison got in my face and started talking to me like I was a little girl saying oh you were not supposed to leave like that we were looking for you all around the clinic we checked the bathroom we did not know what happened to you. I had to tell her first of all you do not talk to me like I am a child accusing me of just leaving without telling anyone about it second of all you need to find out the whole story of why I had to leave. In January of this year, I went in with a toothache. After examination, I was told I had several…read morecavities. I consented to having the decayed teeth removed and replaced. I was told it would take all $1300 of my insurance, plus $2800 to complete the work. I was offered financing for the extra, then I would need to pay another $1900 out of pocket for the dentures. Later in January I became ill and could not keep my appointments. I had serious surgery in May, and was hospitalized for 10 days followed by 21 day in rehab. After being released by my surgeon, I contacted Aspen for a appointment. I was told I needed a consultation I went in and was told I needed to pay an additional 1900 before zi could be fitted for the bridges. I am out of over $3000 and still no bridges. I am 83 years old and on a fixed income It's extremely hard to eat, and smiling is out of the question. What are my recourses? Are there any honest dentist who works with geriatric patients?
