Upon meeting her and her team, my confidence in her lead me to book. Dr. Marble, and her team (Courtney, Vicky, and others), and the Exeter Hospital Outpatient Center went above and beyond to ensure a perfect outcome. They were kind, had wonderful bedside manner, professional, and ensured my safety and comfort. The results are breathtaking! I have never felt so happy. If you are on the fence about booking with her, DON'T be. Thank you so much Dr. Marble!

Her and her staff were supportive pre-op but the morning of the surgery I felt like I was a nuisance when she came to see me. Despite our conversations she asked, so what size are we going for today? I was under the impression that a surgeon on staff at the hospital would be highly vetted but that is not the case. The result was lopsidedness, ropey scarring, misalignment of breasts and nipples, and when I voiced my concerns, both the staff and her were dismissive and tried to tell me it was because I wasn't taking care of my incisions. Despite buying everything out there and doing massage routines several times a day. Blaming the patient seems to be their main method of dealing with patient concerns based on reading reviews about her on several different sites. But based on logic, there's no amount of rubbing oil on my skin that can make my nipples the same color or realign them or make both of my breasts the same size again. During my follow-up appointments with my cancer surgeon, she honestly gasped the first time she saw the results. She was obviously very upset and told me I should approach the hospital. I have no intention of going under the knife again and it has been 5 years. I wouldn't trust Dr Marble to take a splinter out of my finger. I hope no one else who reads this does either.

TL;DR: Stay away from this place. Here's the full story:…read more I'm a physician. I have a teenage child who has a mild case of facial acne that has been successfully treated by a dermatologist who prescribed a regimen of topical prescription medications and short-term use of an oral antibiotic. After we relocated to NH, my child's acne flared up. Having run out of anti-acne medication and with an upcoming event requiring my child's skin be clear for photos, I needed to find a new, local dermatologist who could prescribe medications and who also had an on-site aesthetician. This dual service--prescription ability with an aesthetician--was a key consideration, as my child has a very full calendar requiring us to schedule both visits at a single time and place. I called around to a few dermatologists and found many that had available time slots but none that offered both dermatology and aesthetician services--until I called Confident Med Spa. I spoke with a woman who claimed to be one of its two owners. She assured me very specifically that they had on-site both a nurse practitioner who was licensed specifically to prescribe FDA-approved anti-acne medications explicitly dispensed by pharmacies, and also an aesthetician, both of whom would be available to see my child in back-to-back sessions. So I set up the appointments to occur back-to-back in a single visit. When we arrived, we met first with Deanna Nickerson, a woman perhaps in her forties. She took photos of my child's face and gave us her recommendation: buy a few of the Obagi products available on-site at Confident Med Sap. Aware of Obagi's business model--to sell ineffective, non-FDA approved products in expensive packages at exorbitantly high markups--I was very dubious. I told her that we'd be happy to purchase the Obagi line, as money was not a limiting factor for us, but I also wanted prescription medications for my child given that my child had responded well to them in the past and we had an imminent event. Deanna resisted this suggestion, invoking my child's young age and vulnerability to side effects, despite my child's successful history with prescription medications. Deanna kept insisting that Obagi products were "medical grade," a fabricated marketing term that she used at least ten times in an attempt to mislead us about the fact that Obagi products are *not* FDA approved. After I further pressed Deanna Nickerson, she smugly looked me in the eye and explained that "as a trained professional licensed to prescribe medications"--those are her words--she was going to use her professional judgment to do what she thought best for my child. She agreed that if we were to buy the Obagi products, she would call us in two weeks, and if the skin still had not cleared up despite my child's adherence to the daily regimen, then Deanna would contact the Shaw's pharmacy, via what she claimed was electronic linkage to Shaw's, and provide us with a prescription for FDA-approved, medications for my child. Two weeks later, Deanna Nickerson called me. I told her my child's skin had not cleared up. She asked me to email photos proving this claim, and I did so. I then reminded her about our agreement, and asked her to provide the prescription she promised. She resisted, saying that I should bring my child in for another visit and that my child should try some other Obagi products--"medical grade," again in her words. I reminded her again of our explicit agreement, of her repeated, specific claim that she had prescribing authority and could order that medications be dispensed from Shaw's, and of her claim that she would use that authority for my child's benefit if the acne had not cleared up. She finally admitted that she was not licensed to prescribe prescription medications. I immediately called Confident Med Spa and left an irate message demanding to speak to an owner. A few minutes later, Skye Morabito, who described herself as the manager, called me. After I explained the situation, she apologized and refunded me the full amount that I had paid Confident Med Spa. Skye seemed professional and polite, but I suspect she was motivated solely to mitigate reputational damage to Confident Med Spa--not to remedy the root cause by firing Deanna Nickerson and overhauling Confident Med Spa's approach to business. Stay away from Confident Med Spa, and stay away from Deanna Nickerson. She is a dishonest and deceptive person who can look a client in the eye and make false statements as easily as she breathes.

What can improve? Demolish it. Report Physician…read more If you have yet to finalize business w/SCR tho only thing this practice is interested is revenue. Take the $$ & run to someone who truly cares about your 3 k results & knows the best solution for you!! I called the day of follow-up & Said "I'm running late" Staffer response.... "Your appointment was yesterday!" I rescheduled & again had a problem. I asked for the individual who did the c02 to return call & guess what?? She did not nor could be bothered.although that was my appointment time, She should have called. We could've discussrd all issues as results were VOID!??. The CO2 laser was applied after waiting 40 mimutes in office for lidocaine to kick in. The way in which she half-@$$ed slathered numbing cream== wrong, client can apply prior to appt time & not waiting an additional 40 minutes. I was non too happy. Kayla misinformed me regarding time to complete application & results. Regarding time I have to guess she is again unaware. She quoted 30-40 minute application. She was off!! She simply didn't care. I drove 2 hours on my time not one staff member contacted a potential employee familiar with C02 laser?? Is anybody familiar or have tenure?? No. Last visit staffer responded .... "those are your results.....that's what ya get, have a good one, see ya!" . Incompetent at its best! No offer to make amends speak w/ practicing doctor. The medical spa Practioners who have quality morals definitely take all.into consdixdrstiim wanting to flourish with sincere reviews by authentic clients. I asked if brightening cream package changed? Responses Amongst staff... "Huh, what, " did that change" idk" worst in sales, product knowledge, & the simple act of acknowledging a former or potential client who entered the office. The physician who owns practice employs 4-6 pack of dimly lit bulbs! He did not pick up the phone & should have!! No rectification!! Not a one can give a flying fiddly fiddly. My face was scarred prior it was not!! After a week ++ of downtime I saw virtually zip! It was an absolute total waste of 3 k. 2 areas, monstrous looking, Torn up skin, bleeding & left with scarring. Obviously I'm not the only patient who doesn't believe in this particular medical spa. Don't waste your time it valuable $$, do your homework. I don't suggest C02 laser or seacoast rejuvenation. I anticipated reasonable results, informed same. No ambiance, no redeeming qualities, no results! This Spa is on the no fly zone! Not an offer for gratis lip plumper or neurotoxin not that I'd allow any staffer to inject my skin. They are in another stratospherere. Abbvie the parent company carries incredible products, juvederm etc. it's the handler who's the problem. The staffer told me products would not improve? What a joke. "It's too bad you missed your follow-up" Kayla stated it's best to see the individual 4-6 months after particular procedure showing end result. It doesn't matter today. Lazer was not a performer nor was Kayla who lacked the capacity to rectify & all out efforts to make right. My skin in no way is leathered or wrinkly crinkles. I have decent skin & it looks great since finding a aithentic professional medical spa. The staffer who brought me into spa room is unaware. Unforgivable. Informed C02 is a great application, improves areas of concern. I didn't expect the heavens however I expected some visible results as did staffer. Lastly I walked in one day to discuss results. I see & hear 3 people talking about a dog who passed which went on & on Not one staffer asked any questions to the client who walked in the doors. "do you need assist?" 2 of the individuals mentioned in spa attire & on the clock. I heard "awwwz"~ sad chat. Communication skill another failure. The Professional who performed procedure did not reach out. I do not recommend this spa. "Not now, not Nevah"

I just had my first appointment at Aviva this morning and I already can't recommend it enough…read more I'm from the area originally but live in NYC and am visiting my parents in NH. My eyebrows were long overdue for a touch up. I haven't waxed them in years as I have been having them threaded in New York for a long time now. I quickly realized threading services certainly aren't as common in NH/ME so I started looking for viable waxing services and that's what led me to Aviva. Alisha was so warm and accommodating immediately, and the space is beautiful, clean and calming. Alisha and I chatted throughout my waxing and she's incredibly friendly, interesting and kind while not getting distracted from giving me truly impeccable eyebrows. She was gentle and meticulous and made sure I knew what she was doing and was ok with the direction she was taking with shaping my brows the entire time, which I really appreciated. I have naturally very thick dark eyebrows and they really do make such a difference on my face depending on the shape so I'm particular. Everything was perfect, virtually pain free. I will definitely come back here anytime I'm in the area and will absolutely be recommending to all of my friends nearby. Alisha made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time, she's wonderful.
