I've been going to Cheryl for a year or so for my Diabetic pedicures. This isn't something you can get at most nail places. It's very important for diabetics to take special care of their feet and a pedicure is the best way. Cheryl does an amazing job and actually saved one of my nails from falling off! Horrible experience mostly due to the rude, unprofessional receptionist. She charged me double what I was quoted and when I told her the pricing I was given, her response was Connie is in the hospital I can't do that. She told me what I was saying was bizarre. She charged my credit card and was so nasty about I would not ever consider going back. What a bait and switch deal. read more

Wow! My fiancé gave me the Myer's IV Vitamin cocktail for my 3_ birthday. Wow!!! My hands, face & skin look like they did in my 20s!!!! I cant believe 5 days later everyone is still commenting that I have an amazing glow. I showed before pictures of my hands and no one can believe how cheap the treatment was for how much benefit I got from it. We are adding this to our monthly budget. I am so disappointed. The massage therapist at this spa is PHENOMENAL. However, I misunderstood the "special" offered for Black Friday, and the owner was not willing to do anything about it. Not even return my phone call. Instead, she chose to talk to the woman at the desk and made her return my call and tell me that she was sorry, there was nothing they could do. I would think she would at least be willing to listen to my concerns, and if she did, I believe she would understand why I feel taken advantage of. Yes, I misunderstood what they were offering. But, I suggested multiple ways that we might resolve the issue - including simply extending the expiration date on the "special" and/or refunding me the remaining money on the gift card that I purchaser yet am unable to use i the manner I expected. Nope. (I discovered all of this, by the way, after finishing up my wonderful massage. My body left relaxed, but my mind has been spinning ever since. Came here to try the spa out for the first time with my daughter to get her brows waxed before a formal event. She noticed almost immediately after her waxing that the skin around her brows stung more than it usually did when she got them waxed at other places. We went home that night, and as the night went on, the skin around her brows got more puffy and irritated. I stopped in at the spa the next day to ask the esthetician how she would suggest treating the irritation, and she suggested that my daughter must have sensitive skin (uh, I mentioned that she's had her brows waxed before with never an issue?) and she suggested putting ointment on it, which we did. I feel it should be noted that this "MED" spa did not offer any ointment, cream or treatment to deal with this issue that resulted from their service. The next day, the irritation was worse, and the irritated spots appeared to be scabbing. With her event being the next day, my daughter was concerned and embarrassed to be walking around with red patches around her brows. I called the spa and left messages twice. My calls were not returned. On the third attempt to reach someone, the woman at the front desk told me she would have the doctor call me back, which he did. He insisted that without seeing her, he couldn't confirm her condition. He was rude, dismissive, and condescending to me on the phone, and I regret agreeing to have my daughter stop into the spa so he could "take a look". He treated her like a specimen, peering at her and commenting that, "well, the good news is it will heal". At that point, I was done with them. I had previously purchased a gift certificate for a facial and massage, and told them that I would like a refund, and would not be coming back to their spa based on this experience and poor service. The doctor begrudgingly agreed. It took the desk lady quite a long time to figure out the refund, and in the meantime, as I waited and felt further victimized by this business, I asked that she also refund the $15 for my daughter's waxing. At that point, I felt it was the very least they could do. She went out back to ask the doctor, at which point he went to the register, took out the $15 cash, and wordlessly handed it to me. Steer clear, folks. There are plenty of good spas in the area that actually care about their clients and not just their wallets. read more

great one stop shop for all your beauty needs. Very clean, and beautifully decorated. Prices are less than what you would expect and all the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have dealt with Connie the owner personally and she was a delight, very open and easy to talk to about not so easy subjects. Not sure what the others reviewer is talking about? Also the women at the front desk is always helpful and polite and has a warm smile when you come in. Love this place and I recommend it to all my girlfriends.
