Tried to overcharge me by 50% above our contracted rate and is now trying to ignore me in the hopes I give up. Find yourself a better company, even if you have to pay more trust me it will be better for you in the long run! The "trained by" person doesn't have the years of experience to know what to look for and see what's there. I provided tons of info, there was evidence of moisture, had many health symptoms of mold and still he found nothing, it was all a-ok (???) Next testing, did not fall for the "trained by" listings and hired an owner that found it all, because he spotted the things that were there all along. It would have been nice to know then instead of waiting.... Plus there is no savings in hiring a "trained by" because the charges are the same. Could use that wasted cash for the present cleanup.
