And let me just say that throughout my five visits here, I've been very impressed. My initial doctor was Dr. Kang, who was super kind and helpful in determining my surgeon for my gall bladder surgery. The next appointment was with Dr. Michelle who happens to be an NP but she was EXTREMELY kind. I went in for heartburn issues and she seemed worried and concerned that I was sick -- something that most doctors don't do. Ever since then, I've been going to this office. I moved out of Johns Creek 7 years ago and have been living in Lawrenceville & Dunwoody, and I must say I am always impressed with this office.

Maybe she should retire . I've been in medicine 49 years so I would think she would at least pretend to care and interact with her patient. I wasn't told what labs would be drawn just some lady came in stuck me missed , frustrated her she left .. then came back and stuck the other arm . ( I'm a very easy stick !) Oh still do not know what labs would be? It was horrible ! What ashamed! Then she tells me she can't prescribe my Add med ? I've been on for 25 years . What ? Oh ok .. Humm .. who does that ? Also why would u increase med if it's only 4 pts over on cholesterol? And I don't know the total cholesterol that drastic ? Still don't knew what all my blood work is or what was drawn . Totally unprofessional .

I really don't like to leave bad reviews but when the service is not up to par I feel it's…read morenecessary so others know and perhaps to give the practice a chance to improve. They were good when I first joined years ago but in the past 3 years they have steadily declined. 1. Dr's / PA have quit. This is what made the practice great in the beginning. They cared and would listen and actually knew who you were and followed up. Now, you're constantly having to chase them for renewals, rx, approvals, diagnosis, next steps because they don't know you. RX aren't followed up upon or takes forever to get renewal, takes weeks to get an appt, months for routine appt, every year they tell me I don't need a physical exam when I use to have one at least every year and the pap every other year (it just feels like they just don't want to do it), dropped the ball on approving Rx, It could be that they are victim of their own success. Too many patients, even though they no longer take new patients. I don't ever see a Dr or a RN any more, it's always a PA. 2. Their front desk check in people are annoying. I feel like it's not a genuine atmosphere 3. Their Phlebotomist is rough when they take your blood and so grumpy when she does it 4. there is ALWAY ALWAYS ALWAYS an hour wait even if you get there 5-10mins early and checked in. Only way to avoid this is if you are the first appts of the day. 5.They tend to fob you off to specialists because it is "beyond their scope" but then don't recommend any specialists. I really hate to have to look for a new dr practice but it looks like i may have to. I wish I didnt have to.

One of those people you are immediately at ease with. She always makes me feel like I'm in good hands! She's very thorough when it comes to getting a full picture of my health, and seems to have a lot of knowledge about current research. She's not just there to write a script and send you on your merry way...she actually listens to you and even picks up on things you don't think to mention. Front desk staff and nurses are also very sweet and welcoming! Even the phlebotomist is wonderful, I have to get blood taken frequently and have difficult veins to find so I have some horror stories...but she always finds my veins on the first stick. The wait times are excellent, I arrived early for a morning physical and they took me almost right away, about 15 minutes before my appointment, then I was in and out in an hour (which I appreciated as I had to get to work). I've tried several doctor's offices in Alpharetta and am relieved that I've finally found one I both like and trust. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommended!

He goes out of his way along with the staff to accommodate me every time I've ever needed anything. Dr. AJ is a people's person and he cares about each patient on a deep level. Knowing Dr. AJ has helped my situation tremendously. He listens carefully to what's going on in my life and I just my treatment plan accordingly. But it's all ways to improve my life and my quality-of-life. He's a great man to know in an absolutely wonderful Doctor.

Feel free to ask questions regarding medications, diet, symptoms, etc. Almost all records are kept electronically, so review of previous records is quite easy. Dr. Ro also seems to be knowledgeable about the latest medical treatments and technologies. Further, Emory Johns Creek hospital is literally in the building next door, so world class health services are not far away. Small office with limited staff, but that has never caused an issue for me. LaShonda, office manager/medical assistant, is great at her job as well. Appointments are generally on time. In house lab results are usually available within 1-2 days, AND, Dr. Ro will call the results to you personally! Finally, Dr. Ro seems to be willing to price his services in such a manner that works for patients without insurance, or on a limited budget. I highly recommend Dr. Ro and his practice to anyone!

Well he gets there and they say they have been trying to reach me to cancel it ! What !!! The receptionist who was having a full blown conversation on the phone while trying to ask for my number in between breaths when I origami scheduled it would be to blame .She took my phone number down totally wrong and as a result we wasted time and money waiting nearly a month to get turned away. Their excuse for cancelling my child's asthma/ allergies appt. was the nurse left and the doctor apparently can't do doctor stuff without his nurse. Are you serious??? Yes they were, and the doctor himself never apologized he had his other staff do it. He could care less about caring for the ill. Oh let me not leave out the fact that I work in the same building as him and they didn't bother to try to contact me here, pathetic. He should be ashamed of himself for not being adequately staffed especially when he is aware of he has patients scheduled. In my opinion he's incompetent and I'm glad I dodged that bullet.

I didn't come from a home where healthcare was prioritized, and Dr. Vrieland helped change that for me. Dr. Singha did as well. They helped me better understand my health issues and also helped diagnose an underlying disease. I have never found another practice that provided the level of care, compassion, and respect that I received here. As I struggle with my current provider, I'm constantly reminded of how exceptional these doctors are, and I'm genuinely looking forward to returning to the practice.

But I can always get my physical and my hug with him once a year plus seeing Dr V is always a pleasure! This place doesn't treat you like a number... you are never rushed and they are thorough! Why? Because they care about people. From the moment you enter the sweet ladies at the front desk are always kind. Then the ppl that take you back for weight, BP, temp have always been so sweet and kind. There's not a lot of staff turn over there so I've been seeing Robert, sweet Samantha for years! Today's nurse was wonderful didn't even feel it when he drew my blood. I can't say enough good things about this fabulous office. I just hope it never gets so busy that I can't get in !
