I told her I do have insurance. She said to go and check and call back later. She never asked what my problem was. Her first concern was getting paid. Horrible way to start a relationship with a doctor I have never seen. I would never make an appointment with a doctors office that is more worried about getting paid than helping me with my issue. Naturally they would be paid whether the insurance was paying or not. How insulting to treat a potential client so disrespectfully.

I saw Dr. Amin. She looked at my foot, probably took about five minutes with me and sent a prescription to my local CVS and told me to pick it up and come back in 10 days. That afternoon CVS contacted me saying they could not fill that prescription but they were contacting the doctor for a different prescrition. Friday morning I called tried to talk with the doctor and was told she was off that day. I finally got a callback from the office - not the doctor Tuesday afternoon and they said well just pick up the over-the-counter product. I told him I was very dissatisfied and wanted to speak with the doctor. I canceled my follow up appointment for obvious reasons and I have yet to hear from the doctor. Spent about eight weeks. I told him to do not dare send me a bill for their lack of services. today I got a bill copayment $10.
