Roughly 90 minutes later no one had showed up and I reached out to the office to inquire on timing and was told to disregard the ETA the technician was finishing up a stop and then headed my way. At 2:23, mind you after my arrival window, I reached out and said since our 4 hour window was up assumed the technician wasn't coming to which they responded an hour later (now at 3:17) stating the technician was en route.
