This was a key factor as our recently purchased home has required numerous services and repairs. Cha-Ching! Though I may be frugal, I am still mindful about quality. Good pricing along with good reviews, what did I have to lose? Our technician, Alberto, was professional, very thorough and took his time to do a good job. Admittedly, for the low cleaning/inspection price, I was expecting a laundry list of issues (upselling services); That was not the case at all!
