Darkovna Juste a horrible psychiatrist who was notified multiple times of my daughters allergys to lactose. Darkovna became deaf each time my daughter told her this and she continued to prescribe my daughter not once, but twice medication that had lactose in it. Due to medical negligence I will be filing a lawsuit and pray she loses her licesnse to prescribe any medication. Attempting to harm patients is wild to me after she just told you on the phone that she allergic, she prescribed her the meds that had lactose. I received medicine treatment and therapy. I saw three lady's there's for this. The worst one was Sophia, arrogant and rude and was cold and snapped at me. She said you can't expect much from the first appointment. I told her I don't think I can expect anything from you. She made me see her monthly. She never changed meds nor listened. It was a waste of time and money. Why so often when I knew other people would see their person once every three months. I was so upset how I was treated by this provider and I asked to switch and I was told no. You only see her monthly no big deal. Thanks for giving me a choice. I was so upset by seeing this provider before, during, and after session. How is this beneficial for my mental health seeing someone who isn't a people person. I ended medicine treatment there. I'm writing this so that I can prove to this 'organization' that I tried to call them numerous times to cancel my January 23rd appointment at 2:00 pm with Lauren Carnes at North East Health Services. I have called these 3 numbers repeatedly: 508-974-3438, 781-620-5419, 508-974-3438 with message after message including music that makes your skin crawl. They keep playing a message: "do you know the difference between psychiatry and therapy. WE OBVIOUSLY DO!!! Finally got through after 45 minutes of trying to a "Katie" who said she COULD NOT cancel my Woburn appointment. What?? She's in Central Office and can't make this decision. I just left a message on the Woburn number and see if they get back to me. I'm using this message as proof that I tried to cancel; lots of the reviews talk about sketchy billing practices and I'm not going to be one of those victims. BEWARE! Absolute scam company. I should've known that immediately asking me for my credit card information over the phone was a massive red flag. These scam artists promised me up and down that if my health insurance wasn't accepted that they wouldn't charge me a dime. They never told me that my health insurance was rejected and just charged my card for $280 without telling me. I am livid. I contacted them to fix this billing error, they were extremely rude and ran me in circles before finally providing me with an email address that I apparently need to contact to get my money back. read more

First let me say my prescriber and therapist were AMAZING and I adored them both and literally had a massive panic attack when I had to cancel all services with this disturbing company. I was told I had to have a credit card on file which I did and then asked what they would be charging and I was told a $25 copay which I approved. Before I knew it I had hundreds of dollars charged to my card within 2 weeks while seeking mental help partially for financial reasons. No warning at all. When I called and asked for the reason for the charges I was told they couldn't even tell what the charges were for. I DO NOT suggest this place or any place that demands a card on file. I desperately need mental health help and Northeast has made it much worse. You nasty people prey on people like me who can barely deal with daily life due to severe depression and anxiety. Unethical and dishonest billing practices. I was told multiple times that I didn't have a copayment. My account has a $0 balance and no billing statements available. My card was randomly charged $300 without receiving any invoices, balances or statements via email, mail or my patient account. When I called to inquire about it, no one in the billing department or the office could tell what the charge was for. It turns out I actually had a $35 copayment that no one informed me about. And instead of informing me of this, they unexpectedly charged my card. I am also being charged a $120 cancellation fee when their policy says $50. It's so disappointing because the care I received from the two professionals I was working with was great. But I no longer feel comfortable working with Northeast health services or their parent company transformations care network because of this. Do not work with this company. read more

I waited several weeks for a telehealth intake with a counselor. She was brief and set me up 2 weeks later for an appointment and then NO SHOWED. When I reached out i was told she'd call back, Marie is her name, she does her own scheduling. Two calls and no call back or follow up after 1 month. Just spent 20 minutes on the phone with. They needed all my personal info, insurance info, and a credit card before they could book me an appointment, most of which I had already had provided online. When they had all that they told me they had no appointments in my area, they could put e on a wait list, but again, only with all the info, including a credit card, but they couldn't give me any idea how long the wait would be on average. I wish I could put them lower... unfortunately, im still with them because its so hard to find services. Its such a shame, because my NP is a wonderful woman, but the communication and lack of professionalism and accountability amongst the entire company is atrocious... my first intake appointment with my nurse took me upwards to 4 tries. First appointment, canceled... they didnt reschedule, it was up to me to make a new appointment? So I did, I called, set up a new one. They canceled again, so I asked for a new person. They canceled too. After my third time getting canceled on, I finally meet someone who was ungodly rude to me. I wish I knew her name so you know who to avoid. It was a telehealth appointment and I was in PA at the time bc my father in law (whom im extremely close with) was undergoing cancer treatment prior to his passing... she essentially told me she needed to stop treatment then and there and that if she had known I wasn't in the state she wouldn't have seen me... then gave me more attitude as though it were my fault I didnt know the rules and regulations of telehealth? When I finally get treated, I meet a very nice woman.. I adore her! Unfortunately, I think shes having a hard time herself in life and its making it hard to balance work, because the many times ive had to call and call just to remind them to send my scripts. Almost every month I get some kind of anxiety attack because something goes wrong with the refill of my script. Either one gets sent and the other doesnt, or I call a few days in advanced and my script is STILL not at the pharmacy... ive had horrible withdrawals once due to abrupt lack of medication ... I left a very upset voicemail stating that I shouldn't keep calling to remind them to refill my scripts especially if this is something I need, and if it persists, ill be looking elsewhere. Guess what? The scripts finally went in after I made that threat of leaving. Maybe if your receptionists weren't so busy being rude and rushing me off the phone they'd actually bother to send the message to get my scripts in. And they never called to apologize or to look into my case to see why it is I keep having issues with my script refills... I really don't leave reviews, because I can usually reason that people have their bad days, not every office or workspace is going to be 100% on their A game. Customer service is no walk in the park! But this is people's livelihoods theyre dealing with ... I cant imagine others who are having an even tougher time than me having to deal with this and they dont get their medicine. Oh... and cherry on top? I missed an appointment with my therapist once because my depression had gotten really bad that I lost track of my days... I never got an email or a call to follow up ​​​another appointment. But I wanted a new one anyways bc we just weren't a good fit together. Recently expecting help for personal issues I went to NEHS, I was assigned to Ms. Nancy Kilima (Nurse Practitioner - NOT Doctor), on our first meeting she offered me Wellbutrin which I kindly denied - I went there for issues with concentration, not depression. On that day she offered me a therapist stating that if I met with him she would consider prescribing ADD medications (which I have informed her I already have 10+ years experience with - positive experiences at that). I met with the Therapist on 3 occasions (he is great). But when I saw Nancy for my second appointment with her she notified me that I would be put on a drug named Strattera. I met the doctor briefly, who clearly saw me as bate to get my insurance number so she can bill it. I, of course, realized this was not a professional practice seeking best outcomes for a patient. Yes, she wanted me to take Strattera which is typically a 500 retail price drug with a BLACK BOX warning it can cause suicidal thoughts. BLACK BOX warnings are rare on RX meds. It is not a first line drug for anybody to take to begin with with any issues. The drug company that makes such products can track via wholesalers prescriptions filled in an area and by each MD who writes for Strattera to see if they are getting success in marketing penetration of such toxic agents. How this MD is rewarded is not my issue. It is that she is writing perscriptions for very dangerous but expensive Products. Essentially, she is running a perscription mill for the manufacturing pharmaceutical company EIi Lilly. I hope this serves as a BLACK BOX warning that this MD is a toxic licensed fellow. Consider the recent suicide of the mass murderer in Lewiston Maine. These events may be the outcome of prescribed meds like Strattera. Love my provider, hate the staff. More often then not my provider sent in new meds for me and they never went through. I end up having to call the office and from the time they pick up you are treated like an inconvenience. Talking over me, telling me they can't do anything, even hanging up on me. I dreaded calling every time. They lack empathy. They may understand the logistics of meds not being called in but they refuse to acknowledge the severity of my situation and how missing medication could end up with me in the hospital.
