For instance groups about public lice, they spoke alot about health and sexual diseases that had really nothing to do with addiction or mental health. The group topics need to be updated to the opiods crisis era of today and the topic should focus more om recovery, how to sustain sobriety, coping skills ect. I didn't learn anything during my stay. Basically a waiste of patients time and tax dollars. UPDATE THE GROUP TOPICS AND CURRICULUM PLEASE. WILL HELP PEOPLE IN 2025 NOT 1978 CIRRUCULUM. Food was good living conditions were good The recovery specialists are always on their cell phones not engaging with patients on how to recover and stay recovered from addiction in today's world. Clinicians were not that helpful they just sat in their offices not engaging with patients. You have to go to the clinician they never initiate any type of help or initiate conversation with you and your stay Everyone just seemed to be sitting around or laying down no much engaging and participations alot of patients showing up to group late for credit purposes and that shouldn't be allowed. Everyone should be in group on time not showing up 5 minutes till the group is over or not even attending group they should be mandatory. How is that going to help a person at all?

Christine has always been on time, attentive, and responsive to both in-person, and virtual sessions. I was with her before CoVID and the transition to virtual sessions during the pandemic was seamless. Despite what the other review said, I have found working with Christine to be incredibly invigorating and helpful. She pays close attention to details that are important to you - more than just about whatever issues you may be working on, but also about what matters to you. She has been a great asset for me in working through numerous problems that have come up through the years, and providing me relevant, practical advice on how to work to improve myself and my strengths. I also want to note how much Christine truly cares about those she works with, as she has, on numerous occasions, had impromptu sessions with me when I needed urgent therapeutic support. Overall, Christine has been probably the best therapist I've ever had in over 15 years, hence why I stuck with her for so long. I truly think the other reviewer did not give her even the smallest of chances, as that review sounds NOTHING like the Christine I've worked with for years now.
