I've cared for all of my cars and treated them all like a Ferrari GTO even if they were a Chevy Citation or a Honda CRX. I took pride in the care and detail of all of my cars. I've had others work on my cars but never lived up to the standards I've placed on my rides, till now! Carlos went beyond my expectations of level of detail! I thought I was anal about cleaning my cars! Before I handed over the keys to my baby we discussed practices and thoughts on car care. Carlos was checking all the boxes. Pre soak, soap foam cannon, rinse, clay bar, wax, etc. I felt confident he was going to do a killer job. Next day I picked up my car, holy sh*t! It looks better than when I picked it up from the dealer!!! I'm VERY impressed. First time in 30 years of owning and caring for my own cars I've met someone that surpasses my level of attention and detail. Obviously I will take ALL of my cars back to Carlos for detail work. brought my 2023 ram 3500 in to have the two front windows and the upper windshield tint strip…read moreinstalled . the front tow windows came out alright but they couldn't cut the windshield strip to come straight across my windshield they cut it so it went from 6" on the side to about 3"in the middle of the window which is useless for block out sunlight. I asked why they couldn't do it and the guy explained it was because of the curvature of the window which is completely wrong.. I showed him pictures of my other truck with the windshield tint the correct way and he just ignored it. so I told him to remove it and I would have it done back home in Pennsylvania which I did . and the guy here had 0% problems with making it look great. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Blackout tinting. and I also shared an article about how to properly cut and install it on a truck to which I got no response .
