They are energetic, fun, caring, care about your goals not just want to bulk you up or give you recommendations for supplements that you don't need. They are honest when recommending products and they see you as more than a sale, they want to help you achieve the goals that are right for you!! It's honestly hard to find places that have quality staff that match your energy when you walk through the door. Multiple times I have come in after doing the 4 week challenge which is what got me through the door initially!! And i'm so happy with the products i have got so far & how friendly, caring & qualitative the team members are! This is definitely a model location for great business & customer service!!

An LLC for Herbalife Nutrition, New Life is one of the original nutrition clubs in the area. There are many sprouting up around the southcoast in MA and RI, but this is one of the few that also offers free fit-camps and other low cost fitness classes for all levels. The nutrition club specializes in gourmet smoothies that are 200 calories or under, while providing a minimum of 24 grams of protein and an abundance of vitamins, minerals and nutrients to constitute as a full meal! The hot or iced metabolism boosting teas are fantastic and delicious while providing energy without the crash!! They also provide homemade protein treats, snacks and even pies during certain times of the year to keep you on track with your goals. You do not need to join Herbalife in order to visit here. This is a great family and community at New Life Nutrition and are welcoming to everyone who comes through the door. They also take credit cards and have the five star program so you can earn points for every visit!

I was going to write a disappointing review for Pure Medical, however, Michelle from the Pure Medical office in Boylston was so incredibly outstanding that she changed my initially negative experience into a positive one that I'm grateful for. I had a bit of a billing issue that I was extremely aggravated about. We all know how confusing billing is with Insurance, premiums, co-pays, deductibles, blah blah blah. Well, long story short, Michelle was awesome from the minute she picked up the phone. I got on my soapbox and did my rant . . she was professional, empathetic and most importantly HELPFUL !!!!! I was able to bring what I needed to back to the office for a full credit the same day. She explained all the charges to me and made sure I was very happy with my experience with Pure Medical. I was even a couple of minutes late due to traffic and she waited there for me knowing that I was on my way. That rarely EVER happens, it is SO HARD to get good people these days, Michelle is one of those people. University Orthopedics places making as much money off you as possible far above patient interests…read more My experience here was terrible and I want to warn anyone else against trusting the team here. I received bills for things that team members explicitly told me were not going to cost me money. If anyone comes into your room to give you something, tell them to shove it. If they schedule you to with the OT team here, push it back a couple weeks ago so you don't end up going only to find out you aren't recovered enough to start. This group even has their sales people dress in scrubs so you'll assume they are care providers. University Orthopedics is not a place you to go to get your injuries healed, it's a place you go to to lose trust in doctors. I would recommend going anywhere else so you don't end up feeling as stupid as I do for trusting them.
