Box is trash everywhere empty shelves open containers with medical supplies. A box of lancets open next to the single seat that you have in the place to wait for your prescription to be filled. Carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned since I was there in 1997. Peculiar odor to the place. And that's just the beginning. The heavy set white pharmacy tech has a horrible attitude. Was the first customer in there and he basically ignored me told me that my insurance wouldn't pay for anything and looked at me like I needed to get out. Refused to help me. Refuse to call the 1800 numberr on my card. Refused to do anything. Mumbled under his breath with a foul attitude. was rude to a regular customer urging her to pull off when she needed the medicine she was there to get because he didn't feel like filling it. horrible experience avoid at all cost I normally try to patronize small businesses but this is unsafe. Falling ceiling tiles over the area where medicines are compiled. And just generally filthy Overall. A pharmacy with life-saving medicine should be as clean as the hospital. I've seen bus stops cleaner than this place. Never again will I chance my life on this place. I will be contacting the health department and other authorities to investigate how and why a pharmacy can be in the deplorable condition that it is in. Something needs to be done. Authorities need to step in because this is horrible. Elderly people are using the drive-thru without knowing that the inside of the building should be condemned.

Physician wrote script for a control and changed dosage based on side affects and they still would…read morenot fill the prescription because they said it was early even though my doctor and insurance would cover the script. Pharmacist trying to be a doctor instead of doing what the doctor tells them to do. Changed pharmacy because of this and they filled the same medication that day. It's difficult enough being on controlled medications, ultimately the physician prescribing them is the responsible party along with the patient taking the medications.

She has no skills in customer service what so ever! Looks like someone sh** in her Cheerios today! And she was gracious enough to share her salty attitude with me today. I called ahead because I got a confusing text that said a few of my meds had to be ordered. No big deal. I asked if my order was ready because I needed my meds for pneumonia. So I feel like im dying and I get the worst person on the planet to help me out. My luck. She was checking my insurance coverage and was getting upset because, well I'm not really sure if it was the line forming behind me or she is just naturally unpleasant but I couldn't hear her over the speaker. I told her by holding my hand up to my ear and signing it to her. She pointed to the phone with an angry voice and screamed into it. I said, first of all your attitude isn't needed. You are really being unacceptable right now. I told her I have pneumonia I don't feel good and my SO completed suicide a few months prior. I just want my meds and I'll pay cash if I have too. She hung the phone up! Then proceed to walk away! Wtf! Like how is she working with the public?! That is so unacceptable to me! I put my car in drive and went inside to talk to the actual pharmacist who was so lovely and caring. She appologized for her bad attitude which made me wonder if she has to put up with that every day. I really hope Brittany doesn't. She is wonderful. I sadly won't be returning to Kroger pharmacy after I get the rest of my meds. It was the worst experience I've ever had there. How could you have such an unsympathetic person in the pharmacy working with people who need kindness? I just wanted to share in hopes some one will see this and deal with it.

I would ask Meijer to do a survey on the percentage of people that are seniors and see if that is what is best for their customer as well as their speaker letting people in the store hear what you are saying. Secondly, I asked a pharmacist for advice on an eye drop and her response was unprofessional to say the least. Lastly, the cost. I am now paying $20 and $30 for the same drug that I paid $1.44 in Dec. The retail price, the dosage. the number of pills, and insurance are all the same. When I ask, they have no response. Also, I have a couple discount cards as well as my insurance and my last Meijer would always check and give me the best price. I continually have to ask them. I have been notified to pick up my scripts, and they are not complete. Extremely frustrated. The difference from when they first opened to the last 8 months is awful. I am Checking into the CVS across the street.
