The TB reading was billed as an office visit and insurance denied it. It wasn't an office visit, it was part of my TB test. I bugged CVS Minute Clinic every month because they refused to correct the code. Finally, in Jan they said they'd have a code review meeting and to wait 3 to 5 days to inquire about the results. So I did on Feb 6 and was told the balance was zero and I would receive a refund check in 4 to 6 weeks. Of course, didn't get it so I called. They refuse to change the code and they're using my $35 to pay the $39 reading visit fee. I shamed them and told them that CVS rakes in billions...with a B...yearly and they're going to rip off a senior citizen who lives on a fixed income and then I wrote to HQ and said the same. I'll never set foot in a CVS again.

We were forced into Walgreens when Rite Aid closed and the service has been awful the entire time…read more I understand they probably doubled their pharmacy load, but Rite Aid used to have 2-4 employees working in the pharmacy and every time I am waiting at Walgreens, there are at least eight employees, so the workload should be covered. They will tell you a date your pills will be available, and if there is an issue, they are clueless and do not look into it or let you know until you reach out after the time has passed. Yet if your prescription is ready, be prepared for a phone call, text, and email daily until you pick it up. We went to pick up a refrigerated prescription which was in a bin at room temperature and the pharmacist said it was fine when the prescription specifically says to keep refrigerated. Also, the entire pharmacy closes at lunch time from 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. You cannot drop anything off or ask a question. Not sure why, with so many people on staff, they cannot do a lunch break rotation like every other company in the world.

They replied they were closed and that the registers shut down for that hour and there was nothing they could do and to "have a nice day". Do they even know what the acronym CVS stands for? I would give this place a zero. This used to be my go to place to shop. Today was the last time…read morethat I ever step foot in this place. The young girl at the register is so rude. I placed my items on the counter for her to ring them up and after giving me my total and me giving her my card I realized she had missed something. I pointed it out to her and she said oh she forgot that. No big deal. I then was on my way out the door and she asked me for my receipt because she forgot to clear it out. What ever that meant. So, I had to bring her my receipt. All the time I am very calm and no attitude at all. She says sorry. I say no problem, but can I get an itemized receipt. This is when things go all wrong. She says this is one. I say oh well I couldn't tell because the receipt was so faint. She says that's why I asked for your receipt to make it better and then she rolls her eyes and raises her voice. I said well what you said and what I said are not the same thing, so all I'm doing is asking you a question. So I proceed to tell the manager and he gets very quiet. So , I say " I thought that you may want to know what kind of customer service your customers are receiving. Again nothing but silence and then he says I'll talk to her. Okay. Well I hope that talk was about how you lost a customer for life. Every time I go I the store it is always about $100.00 spent. It's bad enough to be followed around the store the entire time that I'm shopping. All black people don't steal. Awful experience. So many other great choices in the area. That's what people forget sometimes, is that we have other options.
