They work hard to give you the best prices and try to help you in anyway they can so you don't have to pay a lot for your medications. They truly go above and beyond in any way they can. They have consistently gone above and beyond to advocate for me when insurance issues arise; ensure that I understand new drugs; and fill my scripts as soon as I need them. And John always takes the time to answer my questions over the phone when I've been prescribed new medication and need assurance about side effects, interactions, etc. They make me feel like family--I am lucky to be so cared for by the staff at Northeast Pharmacy! I've unfortunately moved away to a large city where the market is saturated by corporate pharmacies that simply don't cater to its customers the way a small business like Northeast Pharmacy can. I would ask Meijer to do a survey on the percentage of people that are seniors and see if that is what is best for their customer as well as their speaker letting people in the store hear what you are saying. Secondly, I asked a pharmacist for advice on an eye drop and her response was unprofessional to say the least. Lastly, the cost. I am now paying $20 and $30 for the same drug that I paid $1.44 in Dec. The retail price, the dosage. the number of pills, and insurance are all the same. When I ask, they have no response. Also, I have a couple discount cards as well as my insurance and my last Meijer would always check and give me the best price. I continually have to ask them. I have been notified to pick up my scripts, and they are not complete. Extremely frustrated. The difference from when they first opened to the last 8 months is awful. I called Meijer, and Walgreens they had the brand I was looking for but only glycerine suppository for age 1-5. I called Roger's and the person who answered the phone went to look and said they did carry a pediatric enema. We also checked CVS. I could order it and get it in 1-4 days but that wouldn't have done much good. So thank you again Roger's Pharmacy.

The previous 4 conventional drs I saw either under treated me, or didn't bother treating me at all. I felt like a lost cause. I had to quit my job because the fatigue was so bad. I discovered Dr Hailey after hearing her dad on a podcast speak about the importance of iodine. I scheduled my appointment and traveled from west Texas to Michigan. After a year of being under the care of Dr Hailey I am leaps and bounds better. Not cured, but I am not struggling like I was. There's no better blessing than that of good health, and Dr Hailey delivered for sure. I can't put a price on my health. Well worth the cost, and is actually pretty affordable compared to other clinics that offer the same type of care. Highly recommend.

She has no skills in customer service what so ever! Looks like someone sh** in her Cheerios today! And she was gracious enough to share her salty attitude with me today. I called ahead because I got a confusing text that said a few of my meds had to be ordered. No big deal. I asked if my order was ready because I needed my meds for pneumonia. So I feel like im dying and I get the worst person on the planet to help me out. My luck. She was checking my insurance coverage and was getting upset because, well I'm not really sure if it was the line forming behind me or she is just naturally unpleasant but I couldn't hear her over the speaker. I told her by holding my hand up to my ear and signing it to her. She pointed to the phone with an angry voice and screamed into it. I said, first of all your attitude isn't needed. You are really being unacceptable right now. I told her I have pneumonia I don't feel good and my SO completed suicide a few months prior. I just want my meds and I'll pay cash if I have too. She hung the phone up! Then proceed to walk away! Wtf! Like how is she working with the public?! That is so unacceptable to me! I put my car in drive and went inside to talk to the actual pharmacist who was so lovely and caring. She appologized for her bad attitude which made me wonder if she has to put up with that every day. I really hope Brittany doesn't. She is wonderful. I sadly won't be returning to Kroger pharmacy after I get the rest of my meds. It was the worst experience I've ever had there. How could you have such an unsympathetic person in the pharmacy working with people who need kindness? I just wanted to share in hopes some one will see this and deal with it.
