I would give 10 stars! Having to reschedule 2 times because of the snow they made my appointment so convenient to my time schedule. Had an MRI done, the technician Joe was amazing. He explained everything from start to finish and even during the MRI talked to me to tell me timing of each session. Made sure I was comfortable. It was outside in a trailer I felt it was like a little adventure! It was actually more comfortable than any MRI I have had done before! I asked for the results and he assured me someone would call the same day in the afternoon. Sure enough by 1:00 I received the phone call with the results. First of all the MRI in Mt. Kisco is now out of a trailer while the regular one is undergoing maintenance. I was told about this ahead of time and it was cold in there! I had the test done early on Tuesday morning and it is after 5 on a Friday and I still have not received the results. Also, the patient portal on its website takes you to their old portal, They don't even mention the new one. You have to call them to find out where to find your results. They were much better just a few years ago and I would not recommend using them now. read more

The care providers were nice people. A bit tough making an appointment in person at their office. The Mt Kisco location requested I bring in a cd with prior MRI's I had had done at OPTUM for the MRI tech to examine, to see if any change was occurring. I did so but, on the day of my MRI the tech asks, "Do you have the CD of your prior MRI's?" I told him I had delivered it to the front desk days prior. In checking with the front desk, they said it had been lost, and for me to provide a 2nd cd. I went back to OPTUM and explained the situation and they provided a 2nd cd for free (the first one was free as well). I delivered it to Northeast Radiology yesterday. As I was leaving I put in a request for a CD of my latest MRI that was done at Northeast Radiology for each of my two doctors that were requesting it. They said, "That will be a $20 charge". Were they not reimbursed enough for the actual MRI? It seems nickel and dime-ing to perform a test, charge for it and, then, charge again for the patient to receive the actual results. Further, they inconvenienced me by losing the OPTUM disk with my personal information on it, requiring me to obtain a second one - yet they have the nerve to charge $20 bucks more for me to simply get the results of their testing? Ive been coming here for years but this might be my last visit. Staff is rarely friendly. There is absolutely zero excuse for no guest wifi in today's day and age! I cannot be away from my job without internet for over an hour while in waiting room. It's simply unacceptable. We wonder why women still struggle to schedule routine mammography exams. Terrible. I waited a month to get an appointment and get a call on the way to the appointment cancelling it. Equipment problems. Several months ago, they did the same thing to my husband. He was also called on his way there and told he would have to reschedule due to a staffing issue. Our physician refers us there. He will be getting my results from another provider. Northeast is not reliable and calling people as they are on the way is not an acceptable practice. Patients have schedules and commitments also. Northeast is simply not a good fit, go elsewhere. Losing time in getting your tests done delays the diagnosis and harms the patient. read more

I've been coming to the location in Mt Kisco for a few years now because it's the only place close to me to get a mammogram that's covered by my insurance. Since my first time here, I've never felt the receptionists were friendly, nor were the technicians performing the mamo. Additionally, the changing and waiting room is not comfortable, meaning it's not warm and fuzzy, and the doctor reads the scans from another room and only talks to you I assume if there's something wrong, otherwise you never see them or get to ask questions or concerns. I guess I'm used to rye radiology where they have snacks and drinks while you wait for your turn, in a big room that is comforting and then the doctor reads the results in to you. To me this is a delicate test and a woman should be made to feel as comfortable as possible. Mamos aren't fun to begin with, but then arriving to an unfriendly location makes it that much more daunting. I gave it 2 stars because it's never a problem getting or changing an appointment and parking is good. read more

Please read reviews in many sites that are awful and unsatisfactory. Not just this 1 yelp site. There are MANY yelp reviews with one star review. There are a few reviews in here that are COMPLETELY alarming. There is one review that the person is notifying the board of health. I will probably do the same. Yes, the PATIENT PORTAL IS A HUGE PROBLEM- hasn't worked in months. where is the owner of this co? Employees not calling back patients with mammograms that need further images- ANOTHER HUGE PROBLEM. This is unacceptable in the healthcare world. I had one employee named OLGA in the Danbury, Connecticut office yell at me stating that it is not Northeast Radiology's job to call patients. This was in response to my being upset about never being notified of the need for further images. OLGA put the blame on the dr. where they send the results. The dr's office (Physicians for Women) totally disagree with that idea and say that this women named OLGA is incorrect. I advised her that she was incorrect and she didn't speak another word to me for the rest of the testing. BE VERY CAREFUL GOING HERE. There is more than one employee (not just Olga) who have the same idea of putting the blame somewhere else. read more

I had a few amazing technicians in prior years. Unfortunately, these past few weeks, I can't even get through to them via phone as their outgoing message states, "due to unforseen circumstances, call back..." This has been for 3 weeks. Important to note, is there have been 3 WRONG readings by radiologists on my healthcare and that's a scary thought when my life depends on competent people for my healthcare. I am going to file a complaint with the Board of Health. Most recent, had a low dose lung screening here because it's cheaper than at the hospital. Brought all my past reports; told they have them on record. Well, they didn't, so Dr. Greenberg interpreted compared my results with when I had bronchitis rather than the prior lung screenings. Spoke with Sheree who asked me to make the trip to hand deliver all my cds and reports. Did so, gave them to a lovely girl named Grace who gave them to Sheree. Called Scherree, no reply. Couldn't get onto my patient portal for 3 weeks, still can't. Now, cant get through on phone. Wow, what to really sick patients do? Another incident: A few months ago, had a bone density test. I noticed a portion of my spine wasn't included "due to degenerative changes." The young woman who performed the bone density was lovely so I spoke with her. She called Dr. Lee the radiologist who advised I should focus on the neck of my hip for my bone health. Well, the results show osteopenia. However, the endocrinologist advised I have osteoporosis and that they should have factored certain variables in computing my T-score. This is concerning because once --given the ads Northeast posts-- I asked to talk with a radiologist and spoke for a few minutes with Kei Doi, M.D.-Ph.D a few years ago for clarification. He assured me I simply had osteopenia. When I went to a general physician, she advised he wrote, "Do not allow patient to talk to radiologist." So really, thanks for proactively advocating for women's health. Also, in 2020 had a fractured rib. They said I didn't. My doctor called and they missed it. I think an entire overhaul of your machines and staff needs to occur --and training for patient care. I understand it's a stressful business. But you need to be checked as your services impact the quality of our lives. read more

I scheduled my annual mammogram and breast ultrasound. I was told that they didn't have the prescription for the ultrasound and when I produced a copy I was told that I didn't schedule the ultrasound. Then I was told that they could squeeze me in but since it wasn't pre-approved by insurance I would be on the hook if it was denied. I opted not to have it done until a later date. I waited for the results of the mammogram. They called my name and then shouted the results down the hall to me in the waiting area. Seriously!!!! I have been a client for 27 years and have never had such an awful experience. A simple apology saying that they failed to book the ultrasound would have been fine. Mistakes happen. Based on how I was treated, I would go elsewhere. read more

This was the most pleasant medical place I have been to. I was there a bit early for an ultrasound and asked if they do bone density test. Lauren at the front desk set me up with a scheduler right away! She wrote me directions on how to call and what options to choose. The scheduler was so fast and on top of things. She was able to get me in right away!!( I believe her name was Nicole?)I was able to get two tests done in an hour. Rachael and Brianna were so lovely and comforting during my tests. I had a brain MRI recently and all the employees made me feel so comfortable. The front desk was so kind. One of the ladies even helped me call a taxi. The ladies who took care of me during my MRI, Jackie and Suzy, were so kind and let me feel less claustrophobic. I would recommend this place to everyone. read more

This office misinform new patients - They do not bill correctly I had to get my insurance company involved - My plan pays 100% no copay or deductible for a service I had at their facility and I called and confirmed with their useless incompetent billing dept. before I made the appointment and because they did not bill correctly I received a bill from them. After filling out my paperwork I was seen immediately for my appointment time. The technologist that serviced me for my exam was very professional and very attentive when it came to my patient care. She also made me feel very comfortable. I was informed right away of my results. Northeast Radiology has been my go to for all my imaging for many years now. Every visit is consistent and always a pleasure. While I'm often visiting due to injury or illness the staff always is warm and friendly. The technologists make me feel very comfortable and go out of their way to help me. I find that the results are to my doctors very quickly and accurately. Very little lag time between my visit to Northeast and my doctor calling me with results. I am able to get an appointment very quickly sometimes even same day or next day. read more

My daughter had 3 appointments at the Mount Kisco location. The 1st two times our wait time was well over an hour. No one tells you anything you have to constantly ask as if you have nothing better to do but wait over an hour for your appointment. They tell you not to worry your test is only 15minutes to have my 12 year old in the machine for 45mins. Both tests were inconclusive. Set up a 3rd with contrast this time. When I made the appointment I made sure we did it on a Saturday and were the 1st appointment so we would not get stuck again. So when we got there they asked for her prescription from the doctor for the tests. I thought I had it in my car but it was her last one that I had with me. They took us in the back and then we sat for another 15 mins. I walked to the front and asked what the problem was. The tech said we can't do her tests because they don't have the doctors prescription. At this point, I was infuriated! When I made the appointment I was told they had the copy of the script in her file! When whoever called me the day before to confirm the appointment I was not told I was missing her script. I drove from the Bronx 45min thinking I would get better services (LOL) to show up and they don't have the proper paperwork for my daughter's tests. This is a HUGE office mistake. Should something happen to my daughter's health due to the lack of office protocol at this location, I will be contacting an attorney. I would never recommend this place to anyone! read more
