But this time it's the owner and he was very unprofessional telling me to leave his establishment and go b***h somewhere else. Wow!!! For a business owner to act out like that is very unprofessional. I usually don't ever post a review for any business and I just don't come back but this is the first time in my life where I felt like I had to. I came in and asked the owner how much it would cost just take the tires off my wheels. He told me $20. After his employees are done with the service he wanted to charge me $40. Double of what he has told me he would charge. If that was the case please notify future customers how much it would cost before servicing anyone and not after you have taken off the tires and tell them. It ain't right under there." That's the type of professional insight you'll get from Southern Tire in West Monroe. Side note: My car had not been wrecked. I ended up going to Gene's Tire in West Monroe. They look at you when they speak to you and actually give you a "real" professional opinion. Turns out, I needed new upper control arms and lower control arm bushings before it could be aligned.
