Ok so I called before arriving to see how busy and only one car in the stall ahead of me so I'm…read moreonly a couple minutes away and get there around 12:20 register and turn key in and sure enough they not busy and only one car in tire bay ahead of me but after 10-15 minutes I've noticed no one is working on the car but I'm patient and another 10-15 minutes go by and mechanic ask if I'm waiting and explains they are waiting on response from customer about the car that is holding up work being done so they are trying just having communication trouble so I decided to do some grocery shopping to pass time, Finnish shopping time is around 2:00 and thinking tires will be on my vehicle, wrong, they have not touched my vehicle??? Said rims are custom and they can't touch ok but my rims are ford factory rims that came on the car that has the ford emblem in the center for all to see???? And how come no body text/called me or over the intercom in Walmart, you had my number but you just did nothing??? I'm 2hrs in and called ahead and was told it was slow and wouldn't take long lol well at this point I'm done, I'm pointing out the factory rims to the two mechanics and how it's been 2hrs and how there was only one car ahead of me that sit for 30 minutes before I went shopping, well that's when I said never mind I'll take my business elsewhere, this was not the first time this auto department wasted my time but it will be the last!

We bought a battery from Autozone with a two-year warranty. We had to replace it within the…read morewarranty period. One year later, the replacement battery was leaking acid, and the car wouldn't start. This place went out of its way not to honor the warranty on the replacement battery, arguing that the warranty was already honored, even after telling us that the model they put in as a replacement was known to be repeatedly unreliable. The right thing to do would be to suck it up and replace the defective crap they put in our car with a working model. Doing the right thing is apparently not on Autozone's agenda.
