The temperatures and panel lights were working before he took the dryer apart and put it back together. We paid 364.00 for a new blower, pulley and belt in the dryer. Having no success with Allway, we called Avery Appliance, Adam (which we had used previously; he wasn't available when our dryer started making a horrible noise. That is why we sought another dryer repair company.). Finally, Adam was available, he came and did a diagnostic and noted that the belt was new, but the blower was used with rust on it and the pulley was the original one. Additionally, Allway Technician left out screws when putting things back together. Our invoice did not itemize anything. Do not use this company, they are scammers. charging new part price for used rusty parts and obviously not knowing how to put the dryer back together or they didn't care.

I called Allway again and the tech called me back to harass me about calling his boss. For a single woman living alone this is not an ideal situation to be in. They've promised a refund. Leanna scheduled the repair for that evening and Stan diagnosed the problem at 7:20pm. After a long day Stan was courteous, professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. He provided a estimate, gave me a 10% military discount and told me the part would take a couple days to come in and Leanna would schedule the replacement upon part arrival. It arrived on 4/28 and Leanna scheduled it for replacement that afternoon. Stand arrived on time and had the part installed and programmed in a short amount of time. I was impressed by the customer service and professionalism both Stan and Leanna displayed. 3 days after installation Stan reached out to ask how the refrig was operating.
