I have used Arizona Pump before but this was my most pleasant experience. My pump went out in my well and we had no running water. It would have been a lot under normal circumstances but my daughter is very ill and can't have anything out of the norm. I got a call that they got my number from Marty (who did work on well) and they could be out here today. WOW. I was surprised. So, Billy and Moe pulled in and we talked, they checked everything out and went immediately to work. I needed a new pump and another part I can't remember the name of. Two or three hours and they had my well up and running, gave me some awesome tips on taking care of a well. They were the nicest guys and very respectful, friendly and on top of the job. This company was amazing! I'm disabled and have livestock on my lil farm. When my well water died, I was having to drive 12 miles each day to fill 75 gallon jugs@ a friend's house. I was physically, mentally and emotionally wiped out when a friend told me about this company. They're just over the hill from me. They were very punctual & did their best with diagnosing. They tried & hoped to keep it simple & the least expensive for me. Unfortunately it was all the little things & the pump ( it's a pretty old property). After getting 3 quotes to install casement pipes in our well, and other recommendations, we decided to go with Northern AZ Pump. They took care of the paperwork to get the Drill Card and get the work done. They did tell me they couldn't schedule the work until it was approved by the county and state. The very morning they received the approval, they called me and said they had a cancellation and do we want to get the work done today? YES!!! The guys were at the site by 9 (maybe even earlier, and were already at work on it when we arrived (vacant lot). They were meticulous and did a great job cleaning out the well that was drilled in 1990 and only partially encased. They placed the encasement pipes and were done by 1:30, if not sooner. We watched them work and were very impressed by their professionalism. We will definitely go to Northern AZ Pump when we install the pump! read more

They delivered a water tank to help us make it until Monday and then fixed the pump quickly and effectively. So here we go again. Had a new pump put in-descrepency in price. Was told one price then sent a bill with another. Back and forth several times to rectify no water for my tenant. Finally settled on price, paid in full. A few weeks later leaking- shut pump off no water again for tenant. Called to have them come over to fix. First was told by Wendi that we only fix things for people that pay there bills, ok mine is paid in full. Then John calls. A supervisor and said we will not go over there , I said there is guarentee? I was told yes we guarentee for people we like. You ate rude. Well yes im very angry that there is more problems and it need to be fixed. read more

Never owned a house with a well before, turns out the pressure tank for the well was installed INSIDE the house... Long story short, relief valve opened o the tank, water flying everywhere, headed for sunken living room.... had to shut well down, so now no water except for 50 gallons on the floor... Someone mentioned NAZ pump,,, and I called them.. They were there in a couple hours and replaced a pressure valve, fired it all back up,, seemed fine... ended up more stuff was wrong, and they had to come back to get it all diagnosed.. Ended up being a relay. I wanted the thing OUTTA my house, and asked them about relocating the tank to the well head, outside.. They put me on the schedule and in a few days they came and relocated the tank outside at the well head. A load off my mind.. They also credited me for the the first two calls, as it didn't fix the problem. That was without me having to cry or beg etc. I have owned a service biz before and know diagnosing something like this isn't easy, and I would have made the same decisions they did. I've always had good experiences with Nathen and his crews. Recently my control box had the start up capacitor go out. their policy is to replace the whole box , which is ok capacitor $12.00 box after $200.00 mark up $410.00 which is ok they are in business to make money and I needed my water. The new box which had been duct taped closed was missing a part ! they went back to shop just up the street and got the part cool got me up and running . Got my bill and I had noticed they had taken my old box which for $12.00 I could fix and have a spare ! So I went to pay my bill and explained to the secretary I wanted the old box back .She got upset for reasons unknown I never raised my voice or used profanity. So I apologized and tried to pay and she through me out of the office. then I had a missed call a couple days later and it was her when she found out it was me she got nasty and told me just to mail the payment and never come back to her office. Never had I considered using anyone else before now !! My pump was put in in 05 so I'm sure it's getting close to needing a new one. I'm very disappointed it has bothered me since ! I say mamm and sir I am not a rude person ! I apologized over the phone again to no avail and I don't even know why I was apologizing.
