I am new to the salon! I booked a first time appointment with Justine in March and she's amazing! She listens , she asks questions , takes her time... and she's extremely personable! All the ladys in the salon were super friendly and the salon has a very welcoming atmosphere! I had no idea they did tanning and excited to start going there to tan and learned they have a booth and not a bed which makes it even better! Being there isn't many places up here that do tanning I was told 10 days is 60.00 a bit pricey... my hair came out great being it had been damaged greatly due to covid home hair salon lol she made me happy and that's what matters I plan on being a regular there and hope to make Justine my "mane" stylist lol read more

I chose Northern Charms to do the hair and makeup for my wedding party, yesterday I went in for a hair and make up trial and was blown away! Mikala used airbrush make up and for the rest of the day I felt like a model! My fiancé and everyone I saw that day loved it too! She has a bubbly personality and I instantly felt a connection with her, I can't wait for her to recreate the look on my wedding day! Justine did my hair and she was equally as wonderful, we tried two different styles and came up with a look I loved! She was friendly and kind throughout the appointment, I felt very at ease. My hair still has curls left today! I'm very happy with my decision to use Northern Charms for my wedding day and can't wait to work with Justine and Mikala in September! I worked with Mikala Bastian at Northern Charms Salon for my wedding this past Memorial Day Weekend. Because I currently live in Denver, CO, I was going to skip the hair and makeup trial; however, when I planned a quick trip to NH, Mikala made sure I could get in to see her for the trial. She even went so far as to do hair trials for my mother and now mother-in-law! Even though our wedding was hours away from Littleton, Mikala arrived to the venue early and was completely prepared to get started right away. In a few short hours, she had finished hair and airbrush makeup for four bridesmaids, two mothers, and myself - we looked fantastic! What I loved is that Mikala really listened to my requests for the day - I wanted everyone to look beautiful, but as natural as possible. My gf and I were camping in the area this summer. We had car trouble in town and had to put it in the shop for the day. Since my gf hadn't been able to wash her hair for a few days, we walked over to the salon to get it washed. They were super busy and couldn't take her right then, but they offered to let us use their chair and sink and products and they let me wash it for her, and wouldn't even let us pay them! Justine at Northern Charms Salon is awesome! She was super easy to get along with and partner with for my wedding day hair. When Mother Nature had another plan in mind for my wedding day(RAIN!!!), Justine was willing to travel to do my hair earlier than originally planned, to make sure our day was still exactly what we wanted(ceremony and photos outside).
