I was told that the consultation fee would be included in the procedure unless we didn't use them. They "forgot" to bill for it and are holding the money that we overpaid until they get around to billing. I was told "well it's only been a month" except when the services were performed they sure didn't wait a month for us to pay them! They also said they would bill the secondary insurance but they never did. If you are fortunate to have insurance, please beware it does not go smoothly. They also upsell some "antibiotic rinse" that is above and beyond the normal antibiotic rinse and then say that the insurance company won't cover it. Can we all say "up sell"? I am so sick of being taken advantage of and upselling in every industry! Just give us what we need and stop trying to pad your profits on a contact basis!!!!! Absolutely thumbs down! Endodontists are a dime a dozen, do your research!

I also need special help with any anesthesia as I process it very quickly and have come out of it during eye procedures. I was referred to Glacier Creek Dental for a big procedure. I needed 5 crowns and turns out, a root canal. My dentist was not able to put me under and I definitely did not want to go back many times for crowns. When I first walked thru the doors at Glacier Creek Dental I felt welcomed and like these people are next level. Start of the art everything and a family welcome together. The first visit was perfect and the surgery scheduled! I was out for the whole thing and woke up without pain and without the mouth being completely numb. I was treated like the little kid and got the crowns that saved my mouth. Thank you to all of the Glacier Creek Dental Doctors and Managers and staff. By the time I decided to be seen I was in a lot of pain. I reached out to precision oral. The level of professionalism and kindness I received from the Greeley team will always stick with me. They are upfront about pricing and financial options available. They were not pushy in anyway, they worked with me when I lost my job right before the procedure, which meant a lot. They did not dismiss me. The communication was outstanding. They text, called emailed and gave paperwork regarding everything. Doctor Yacoob was very direct, nice, honest about the healing process I would have. The day of my procedure went amazing. I had anxiety that morning and the two lady's that took me back to get started were amazing. They made me feel comfortable. I didn't have time to over think. Next thing I knew I was home. Dr. Yacoob called later that evening to check on me, which was really nice. I don't want to leave out the supplies given to me for my after care. The older blonde hygienist, Christine, is not someone I'd ever trust again. She tried to collect the funds that second, hurry, hurry sales pitch. Highly disappointing and wish the dentist would have caught the lies, after she came to introduce herself. This felt like a rushed, impulse sales pitch. They put fear and doubt in you to think you may all of a sudden have a problem. I don't even have any red gums, even post flossing! What a disappointing experience.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND I made an appointment with Dr Ruff…read more I hadn't been to the dentist is five years or so because I had babies pretty much one after another , so I know I needed my teeth cleaned (that's why I made the appointment) The ONLY reason I made the appointment was to get my teeth cleaned! He comes in and checks me out after I get X-rays and proceeds to tell me that I have moderate Periodontal disease, gingivitis, and 4 cavities,and some pretty significant bone loss in my jaw. And he told me that when he was testing what condition my gums were in. And I quote " you bled like the proverbial stuffed pig" end quote! So then he tells me that he can't clean my teeth because they are SO BAD that I need to have the antiseptic cleaning. (Keep in mind my month isn't bothering me in anyway) so then he keeps telling me about the antiseptic cleaning, it's a 2 hour visit that they will numb my mouth because the tarter build up is so significant that it would hurt me to bad to not have numbing. He said I need one appointment for each side of my month. I said wow, can you show all this tarter ? Because my teeth feel smooth and nothing in my mouth is bothering me, I take really good care of my teeth! I'm 35 and have only had 1 cavity my whole life! So he pulled up the X-rays and starting scanning them and says "well I can't seem to find it on your X-rays but it is a significant amount and I will show you on your X-rays when you come in for the Antiseptic cleaning" And he only was able to point out 2 cavities out of the 4 he said I had. Which I hadn't even noticed in my mouth. That's how tiny they are. So I went out to pay for nothing cause that's what they did. Besides take X-rays. And the lady at the front desk was like "that's $430.00" I was like WHY? They didn't even do anything?!? She said "they didn't?" I said NO! Then she went back and talked to Dr Ruff and he told her that I didn't get the cleaning and that I need to make more appointments for the 2 cleanings. I paid them a ridiculous $302.00 to look in my mouth and take X-rays. I did not make any follow up appointments because he would have just took all my money and told me I need more and more stuff done. Scammer! Follow up... I went to my regular dentist and had X-rays and got my teeth cleaned and he NEVER said anything about all that bad crap Dr Ruff was saying I had. I got my teeth cleaned and a good report from my regular dentist. And it costs me WAY less money.
