These people here were very friendly from the lady at the desk, the assistant and the doctor himself. He was very informative throughout the whole procedure. They made sure to make me as comfortable as possible and I tell you, I had absolutely no pain during the procedure, even the shot to numb the tooth didn't hurt. It took less than an hour and I was walking out of the office with still no pain. They prescribed me antibiotics and pain medication but honestly it is now 8 hours later and still no pain. I am absolutely impressed with this place and would recommend anyone needing a root canal to go here.

I was told that the consultation fee would be included in the procedure unless we didn't use them. They "forgot" to bill for it and are holding the money that we overpaid until they get around to billing. They also said they would bill the secondary insurance but they never did. If you are fortunate to have insurance, please beware it does not go smoothly. They also upsell some "antibiotic rinse" that is above and beyond the normal antibiotic rinse and then say that the insurance company won't cover it. Can we all say "up sell"? I am so sick of being taken advantage of and upselling in every industry! Just give us what we need and stop trying to pad your profits on a contact basis!!!!! Absolutely thumbs down! Dr. Hyde did an amazing job numbing me, I didn't feel a thing. Deya was very attentive and assured I was comfortable throughout the procedure. First off, everything mentioned below happened over a year ago now, so I have had time to ruminate…read moreon it. The only reason for 2 stars is the dental assistances are AMAZING. Super friendly, caring, knowledgably, just generally made me feel very comfortable. Okay - now Dr. Kochevar. He does not care about you. You are simply another number to him, another day at the office. He's friendly, but it's fake. I had 3 (yes THREE) root canal procedures done on the same tooth by Dr. Kochevar because the first time he missed a canal, then when he went back in he couldn't reach it because the tooth calcified. While I understand this happens sometimes and it wasn't (completely) his fault, he literally gave me the. exact. same. speech before each procedure. Like it wasn't my 2/3 time having this done by him. Like it wasn't unfortunate for my tooth. Maybe 'cold' is the word I'm looking for? He simply does not care about you at all. I had another root canal done at a different place and the experience was so different and so much better. I would NOT recommend Dr. Kochevar to anyone, unless you really have no other options. Go somewhere else.
