But I got basically same day service and they got both windows, rear windshield, and the corner port glass all done in like an hour. I will say it was a little on the pricier side? Maybe I'm just poor but the middle option was twice as expensive as the cheapest one (I got the middle option because it was recommended and they let me see the difference firsthand). When I called, Luis Castro (the founder and CEO of the business) immediately picked up. He was very polite, very professional, and thoroughly explained to me what can be done and the pricing structure. When I got to the shop, the work began promptly. And it was very high-quality. It was also nice that there was wi-fi in the lobby area, which made it possible for me to respond to work e-mails while the car cleaning was being done. To sum it up, there was a lack of communication between the family members as to what kind of tinting I wanted done on my vehicle. After they tinted my car, I was shocked to see that everything was entirely wrong. (I had just paid almost $400 mind you) so I was upset, especially considering I was very clear as to what I wanted done to my car. When I went back in the office and asked them about it, they immediately became very defensive and started speaking Spanish so that I couldn't understand. They were visibly panicking, and when we went out to my car, they started coming up with a whole list of random reasons as to why I was wrong... it was very bizarre and made me uncomfortable to the point where I ended up leaving. Essentially, they were gaslighting me to the max because they did not want to admit their mistake. If they had just admitted they were wrong I would have completely understood, but unfortunately, being honest is not the approach that they took in this situation. When I got home, I was looking at my windows and there were many bubbles on every window except for 1 (as well as scratches on the inside of the passenger side window). I know that it takes a few days for the bubbles to work themselves out, so I held off on writing this review. It is now over three days later and my windows are still bubbly which is a real bummer. I will have to go somewhere else to get this problem fixed. I will not go back to Goat Tints because if they did such a careless job applying the tints, I don't trust them to remove them properly. Regardless, just be aware that these are not honest business people and I do not recommend this business.
