Steve at City Bike Shop went so far out of his way to assure that my bike buying experience was the best that I don't have room here to mention it all. The success of my family's Iceman weekend rested squarely in Steve's hands and he delivered (literally) on all counts. He even went as far as letting me borrow his personal Thule rack because I had an old one that shouldn't be used for a carbon frame.
