The massage itself was excellent. She really put in the pressure to massage the knots and pressure out. Felt the effect the after for sure. The only one thing that bugged me a bit was courtesy their client while giving the massage. They were having their own conversations in mandrian majority of the massage. The phone would ring and one of them out go excuse themselves and go out to get it. Two walk in came in and one of them would excuse themselves again. Far bit of interruptions during our service. Either they should slash the prices or improve the quality of service, as there are many options in the market elsewhere. Would not recommend wasting money here, even if you have insurance, unless they substantially change their level of service or offer better pricing.

I have "followed" him from his first practise in Calgary to Cochrane. I have a very difficult "body". Through years of my own physical use and abuse of my body, Dr. Androsoff just knows what to do! His schooling has taught him well. His soft tissue work is amazing and has increased my ROM through my hips/pelvis. He knows and realizes that a release is not going to happen. He uses gravity and gentle traction to increase my ROM and adjusts/releases as necessary. He's not your Chiro that just does neck, cervical and spine adjustments. He treats your body as individual as you are. Crystal Pellerin is the RMT that I have been introduced to by Dr. Androsoff. She is fantastic!! She quickly found the points of my body where I need "help". I began to have painful stabbing pains through my left pelvis while getting into bed. She researched the possible causes of the pain and worked on them and after a couple of weeks, the stabs of pain were completely non existent and I remain painfree. Crystal has magic hands and knows what parts of the body to focus on. I have been pain-free and massages no longer "hurt", nonetheless a good "hurt". They are all amazing, and it's easy to get into right away to see one of them. Dr. Lawson (who I have seen the most) is incredibly knowledgeable. Anytime I come in with a problem Dr. Lawson is able to pinpoint exactly what is wrong and fix it. I would never trust another chiropractor. He doesn't just crack unnecessary joints, and he tells you exactly why he is doing what he is doing. On my last visit, I had asked if I could be squeezed in if possible as I was leaving the country for 10 days and my jaw had seized up completely. Last time this had happened was due to stress, and it had lasted a week. I'm unable to eat when this happens as I can hardly move my jaw. Dr. Lawson saw me within 2 hours of me calling. He did enough work on my jaw and gave me exercises so that my jaw was better within 5 hours and hasn't seized up since. I was also able to eat on my vacation and enjoy my time off :)

They have two doctors, a woman and a man, and both are really great. I have reviewed tons of exercise facilities, which means I've seen my share of chiropractors, RMT's and acupuncturists over the years, so hopefully the fact that this is the first of any of those I've been compelled to review speaks volumes. They have a very modest looking office from the outside (see photo) however inside it is sizeable, clean, well appointed and well staffed. I was in an emergency situation, meaning couldn't move, and they fit me in as an emergency visit despite being booked. Thanks to the really good office workers who actually listened to me on the phone and executed a judgement call rather than just "sorry, we're full today *click*" Once on the table, the doc have me a quick exam and Q&A, then went to work. The adjustment was a good one, meaning I felt immediately improved, and when I told her I was a regular chiropractic patient back home in Vancouver, she waived the exam fee without even telling me. Who ever heard of that happening? At the end she told me I could come back for another adjustment later that day for free, because it's probably need it. Seriously, how nice, it's like she actually cared about my well being or something. Wild. I passed on the same day follow up but came the next day, the male doctor gave me another really good adjustment that really had me moving about much better, and he gave me the same offer to come back that day for a follow up. I guess that's just what they do here? What a great care facility. I had a massage as well, and I really liked the nice lady, but the massage experience truthfully wasn't great and I won't repeat. Still, the chiropractors are fantastic and probably the best I've seen, for the way they run their business as well as the work they do giving adjustments. 5 stars well deserved for those buggers!

A while back, I hurt my back whilst doing some labor work- carrying heavy items back and forth and…read more wasn't able to do pretty much anything for about two weeks. Couldn't bend forwards, couldn't bend backwards, I even had trouble sleeping well. I met with a doctor at a nearby walk-in clinic and got prescribed medication that seemed to have little effect. I then decided to meet up with a local chiropractor and try to get better. This also seemed to have little effect and with everything I tried, I was in a lot of pain and felt relatively hopeless. However, following this, my wife found this local acupuncturist in down town Calgary, and thought it was worth a shot. After 1 hour of his(Bo Kim) first treatment, I was able to bend forward and felt 30-40% recovered right off the bat and then, after the second treatment, I got even better, about 50- 60% recovered. After the third one, I was reaching the 90% mark. If you are still not convinced, I would strongly recommend to meet this acupuncturist KIM and give him a try. For me, it was back pain, but with any other pain anywhere in the body, I can guarantee you that you'll be impressed. During the sessions as well, you will find Bo Kim very easy to talk to, a charismatic fellow who worked as a former team doctor of Korean National Hockey Team and Wise Ballet Dance Theatre. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Fluent in English, he is easy to talk to and I would definitely recommend his services.

The pain was so strong that there were moments when I could hardly stand upright. After the first acupuncture session with Dr Kim, the pain decreased more than a half; I was able to stand and to walk better. The second session, two days after the first, made things even better: I could sleep in any position I wanted and the pain, even if it was still there, felt like a shadow of what it was before the first appointment. I am generally a very healthy guy and have never tried acupuncture before, I never needed to. But I consider myself lucky for meeting Dr Kim: I have rarely seen a physician listening so carefully, paying so much attention to you side of the story: the symptoms you've experienced, the things that happened and eventually led to the fact that you need a treatment. I would definitely recommend Dr Kim to any of my friends and of course, I would not hesitate to go back to his clinic in case I needed to.
