I purchased a new $52,000 vehicle from these clowns and they mismatched the tires and did not disclose it at the point of sale. I would never have purchased a vehicle much less a new one with mismatched tires for any reason. No tire manufacturer either endorses or recommends this very dangerous practice. If you lined up 1000 people and asked them if they would purchase a new vehicle with mismatched tires you would get a solid NO from all, hands down. This speaks directly to the level of honesty of the mechanical, sales and management teams at North Bay Toyota. I have written to Brent Ogletree (Salesman) and spoken to Jason Harvey (Operations Manager) with no results. My advice is stay away 100% from North Bay Toyota even if it means traveling some distance to buy a Toyota. Trust me on this one you do not want to take a chance with your safety or the safety of loved ones with North Bay Toyota.

The experience makes the selection process so much more enjoyable. You have a clearer mind when making the final choice. - The service experience is just just great. I have been there several times for oil changes / regular maintenance. I always get a quote explaining what the cost will be. The service manager has called me a couple of times during the day letting me know of updates, before any additional work is done. The workmanship is great, They take pride in getting the work done right the first time. I have not had any issues or the need to have more work done following a repair. My Toyota is 6 years-old and I have maintained it regularly. It still feels tight / solid. keep up the great work!

I took my 1999 Volvo V70 in for a safety check, as this was the only place in town that could get…read moreme in in less than a week. Upon getting back, I was told my vehicle didn't pass the safety - the ignition needed to be fixed (key would stick), steering had play, and my back license plate light didn't work. Well, I looked into the safety check, and the ignition is not part of it. When I took it to my Volvo mechanic, he said the steering was excellent, responsive, and had no problems whatsoever. This leaves the license plate light - which was a $2 bulb. So after the second opinion, I missed my window to get it re-evaluated by the same company - not that I would want to! I paid another garage after replacing the bulb, and got my car on the road. 07/22/12 To top it off they added me to their spam mailing list, so now I get letters in the mail. Since I never gave them my address or agreed to receiving their junk mail, they copied the information of my ownership/insurance. What a bunch of a-holes.

Our rvr was there for 20 days to get a transmission installed that was supposed to take 6.8 hours…read morenow I understand that they had a hard time with 2 rusty bolts ......but 20 days ...really not impressed with the service team, very unprofessional, lieing to us about a rental...telling us that a tech had to see it ,and the old tranny was still in the rvr on the 18 day ....wow people this is beyond ridiculous.....and only gave us a rental on the last 2 days.....we suffered with out drinking water and an abscess tooth for over a week,they didnt care....I mean Ginna...didnt give a _hit.
