Our sewer backed up and flooded the basement on Christmas Eve. We called Roto Rooter and to our surprise they said they could come on Christmas Day. They didn't show up, didn't call, and when we tried to call for an update they wouldn't answer the phone. Christmas night we called a friend and he recommended we call Rob Wells at NKI. Mr. Wells answered the phone immediately and said he would be right out. He was at our house within an hour and had the problem fixed for us which was a great relief for us since we were traveling the next day. What's more, Rob had recently had back surgery and was on crutches but that didn't stop him from coming out and helping a customer in need. Noting anything that needs closer inspection. Once he enters your home he begins an extensive inspection taking pictures of the good, the problems and not acceptable. Rob Wells is a very unprofessional inspector! He went through our home and took pictures and posted negative things about not only our house but also about us personally! That's not all either! He went through our house and moved all of our furniture. Ripped up the carpets and didn't put them back down, needless to say they are about ruined!
