I would not recommend them, I don't know if they are too busy or just don't value the small jobs.

Earlier this year, I was interested in a hard to fine Gretsch 6120. I connected with Chris and immediately hit it off with him - what started as a quick question, turned into a hour-long conversation about music and guitars. Northern Kingdom Music did not have the guitar I was interested in its very broad inventory, but they put me in touch with someone that did and I am now a proud owner of a vintage ('60) Chet Atkins 6120 hollow-body - "Little Pete". It would have been so easy to say - we don't have one, but Chris went out of his way to make it happen for me. I found Chris to be authentic, genuine and a really nice guy looking to help me out from a long way away. I get why Northern Kingdom is rated the way it is.....it's the people; from the owner to the sales guys to the technician - I knew that I was not only getting their honest advice, but they were truly interested in getting me what I wanted!
