The registration window can get backed up at times, but the staff are friendly. It did take a little longer to get back to my room with the doctor, but once there, everything was speedy. Dr. Fallis is great. He makes everything feel super approachable and breaks down his plan of action. It was super easy to schedule my follow-up appointment onsite. The wait to see the doctor on last appt was 1 hr and 7 minutes past appt time. Office was supposed to call to schedule MRI (never called) supposed to call after receiving MRI results to schedule appt,( never received called. I had to make follow up calls). Finally decided I needed a new doctor and after multiple request for a copy of my records, I still have not received them. I have filled out and signed a form, was told they had to send electronically to new doctor, another time They were going to Fax them. (They have never been sent). I hope you are smarter than I and are looking at reviews prior to deciding where to get your care. I did not see all the poor reviews until after I had a terrible experience. The only reason there are ANY stars is because you had to select one in order to submit.
