They cut the hair on our dogs face unevenly and too short to the point where she is now bleeding, where they explained that it's the "style". Whatever style involves a dog's face bleeding is beyond me. They also cut her nails too short where it is bleeding too. If anyone thinks that providing a service like this is okay, they should re-evaluate their business. Will definitely not return to this service and unless I want my dog in pain after an awful haircut.
