When I queried why my dogs nails were not clipped they have refused to get back to me or complete the service. These types of businesses give small businesses a bad name.

I used her services for my cat just over a year ago and was not only treated as her assistant by having me hold my cat down for her, she also had the audacity to tell me my cat looked like she had Down Syndrome because she is Persian. You pay full price for a service you have to work for and on top of that, get yelled at because Kylie obviously does not want to pay staff to assist. This is all done out of her unprofessional home garage. I can say so much more, but my advice is AVOID this business completely. The most unprofessional, disgraceful service I have ever experienced and if you decide to leave an honest negative review, be prepared to be attacked by phone, sms etc..
