I had my house power washed and the out side of the windows cleaned. His guys showed up within 15 mins of the appointment time and they were great to work with. They did a great job. The house was sprayed down with a cleaning solution and power washed.The house looks better then when i bought it. I did a walk around and found a few areas that need to be re hit and they took care of it right away. Once the power washing was done, they did a great job on the windows. I contacted Sanitec Services and spoke to Hugo. He verified pricing, which was extremely reasonable, and the way the gutters were cleaned. They took all gutter debris out by the bucket and used a waste bag that I supplied. They cleaned all gutters, upper and lower and they made sure the downspouts were flowing. They were professional, courteous and careful with my landscaping and roof when handling the ladders. I would definitely use them again!! read more
