You don't get rewards points for most purchases and they don't put your purchases towards your rewards points anyway. Even if you specifically ask them to they still botch it up. My refrigerator still works. I told the gal I was working with Steve & she said she could help me with the purchase so I am hoping he will get the credit for the purchase. It's only right. After the last time I went to pick up a cabinet (after driving 70 miles one way) and getting the…read morewrong cabinet, then being told that they didn't have the one I had paid for, I swore I would never go back. But then I saw a trailer at a good price. The store site said they had 2 available. I decided to try again and paid for the trailer. I received an email saying the trailer was ready for pick up. I again drove the 70 miles one way. The bar card and order number did not work at the pickup area and I had to wait for a real person. When the worker, who was very nice, tried to access my order he aso was unable and he went to his boss who was able to access my order. The boss came out and said he had no trailers as one had a damaged deck and the other had a flat tire. He seemed unconcerned about the expense ($4 gallon gas!) and the time that had been wasted. The whole process at Lowes is broken and unorganized. This time I really mean it - never ever again.

Brightly lit, clear aisles, lots of merchandise with prices displayed. Tools, light, medium and heavy equipment, trailers, more tools, safety equipment, you name it. If it goes in a garage or it fits into or behind a repair truck, they likely have it here! The two-cycle gas generator is definitely at the top of my list. I opened the package last week to use it for the first time and light didn't work. I took it back to the store in Bismarck and wanted to exchange it for a new one. The Very RUDE RUDE store manager told me it has a 90 day warranty and I was past my 90 day warranty from when I bought it by a few days and he walked away. I tried to tell him, I only opened it last week and it doesn't stay on. He said again 90 days as he was walking away. I told him I have been a customer since the store opened and I will NEVER step foot in a harbor freight store again. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
