I had to rewash the inside of my windshield because it was worse than before I took it. It was smeary and a mess. I've been there before and they did a pretty good job. Had my Mazda 5 detailed at Greg's recently. Generally a good job, but not the job that I had…read moreexpected. Sand left in the floor mats which were placed back in their regular places, unfortunately on top of wet floor carpeting. Doing that breeds mildew and other stuff that I just paid $315 to have environmentally treated by Greg. So I took out the floor mats for a couple of days while the rugs dried out. When I picked up the floor mats, I found out that the sand left in them had fallen out onto the carpeting in the rear compartment. So i took out a vacuum and cleaned up the mess. Another reason for disappointment was that they slipped in an "Environmental Charge" of $10 at the lat minute and wanted a "tip" on top of the premium price I was paying to the owner. When I asked for a quote it was $249 but then grew to $269 when they saw it was a small van. I knew that I was paying top dollar and could have gotten it done at Canadian Tire or the Mazda dealer, but I wanted a really good job done and I thought I would get that at Greg's. I didn't get that so i won't go back and just consider this a lesson learned and i pass on that lesson to you.

They had four main options for auto services, and I went with the 2nd highest price option of deluxe at $10. It involved an initial rinse, soap, polish and a spot rinse. Plus I added the extra dry option for $2. It got most of the crud off the car. The air blower was forceful (so much so it ripped a piece of plastic trim beneath my windshield off which was loose). The extra dry wasn't worth the extra $2 as it still was dripping as I left. Overall it did the job. Some hardened on bird poop stayed in the window but most of the dirt came off on the truck body which is what I wanted. The weather was cold, otherwise I would have saved the extra few bucks and washed it myself. I don't mind the self serve power wash other than I don't always keep cash on me to break change (I did not get out to see if they take card for the self serve but most don't). Nothing stood out as excellent but hey, it's a car wash operated by machinery so not sure what more to expect.
